William Crawford's Online Review Report Card

Referred to Dr Crawford with a broken left foot in 5 places. While in the hospital Dr Crawford raised my leg and said;wear this brace and let it Settle Down a bit and see me in a week? Well this went on until it healed by itself deformed! My right foot dislocated while I was using a knee scooter and he did nothing Again? I had no insurance during the broken foot and paid cash. I got Medicare on the 1st of January and it made absolutely no difference! Then he says well we can sure straighten em up? Why would you not repair them when they were first injured? Not a good experience here !

It's a shame. The surgeon is wonderful. The office staff is awful! They are very unorganized. Getting paperwork filled out is a nightmare. Two months in a row they dropped the ball in faxing information for my husband's short-term disability. We have been incorrectly billed several times and have had to show proof that we've already paid co-pays. The staff is rude and argumentative rather than doing the research and calling insurance to verify information they would rather give an attitude. The lack of care for their patients trumps the skill the surgeon has. The staff are the face of the office. Get your stuff together, make your patients feel valued, and do what you say you are going to do.

Dr. Crawford was my second opinion when my 5th metatarsal broke. The first ortho I saw (an urgent care clinic referral) was ready to operate almost right away. I was hesitant, so I went to Dr. Crawford based on favorable reviews and also because he is in network with my insurance. Dr. Crawford was very attentive to my situation which was evident as he took a second x-ray, since my first x-ray from urgent care was over a week old. He obviously wanted to make sure he had the most current status on the break. He spent a more than sufficient amount of time discussing all the details of the break and to provide instruction and timelines for when I can expect to resume light activity and eventually normal activity. He told me surgery was unnecessary and wouldn’t speed healing, and recommended wearing a supportive post-op shoe, which his office provided to me. In my view his assessment provided the safest, lowest risk, and lowest cost course of treatment. I did not want surgery. I feel fortunate to have a professional confirm my gut feeling that I did not need it. If he had said I needed surgery, then I would have wanted him to perform it. Aside from that he has a nice modern and spacious clinic with friendly and concerned staff. I hope I never have to see them again (other than for obvious follow up) but I would go back there without hesitation if I ever injure my ankle or foot again.

Great doctor! Dr. Crawford is very thorough and I appreciate his expertise. He's both smart. personable AND an incredible surgeon. The office is well organized and efficient. No long waits. Everyone I interact within the office and customer focused. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Crawford was professional and thorough. I started out with another doctor and glad I changed. The difference in the appointments was vast. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I have always been seen within a few minutes after checking in. They are very thorough in checking patients for temperature and mask wearing as well as a short questionnaire to help prevent the spread of Covid 19. I feel that the doctors who work here are well qualified and will spend time with you explaining any questions I have. The front desk is very friendly & helpful in printing my visit summary & setting up my next appointment. I have seen several of the doctors in this practice over a period of several years and have liked all of them.

Dr. Crawford is honestly the best! His whole team is great very professional and truly tries to listen to the patient.

Dr. Crawford and PA-C Lauren Habern are professional, personable and provide the most exceptional patient care. They continue to care for me, as a patient and as an individual, throughout my continued journey to full recovery. Total expert package!

Dr.Crawford was amazing! He took his time explaining to me what was wrong with my feet & how he could help me. It was a bit overwhelming to me & Dr. Crawford said I could take my time deciding. He also said he would be glad to meet with me again to go over all of it with me! I will do this I just have to decide when.

On my first appointment with Dr. Crawford, I anticipated that my problem would not be resolved and I would have to return for a second appointment. To my amazement, Dr. Crawford ask me if I wanted to follow through with a procedure to resolve the problem that was actually caused by another orthopedic physician out of state. Dr. Crawford and the staff were outstanding. I left the office feeling relief, safe in competent hands, and without any pain. My whole experience was unbelievable. I appreciate Dr. Crawford and his staff more then I can express here! A patient could not hope for a better experience!
