Don’t waste your time Lisa is an absolute nightmare she does not care if you are in pain lose your job or die.... she literally gave my surgery date away after 10 mins while I was trying to see if another doctor in their practice could get me in sooner due to my job and by the time I called her back she had gave my appointment to someone else. You know the fact the we are in the middle of pandemic and I’m a single mother of three and trying to hold a job as well as feed my kid but this lady does not care she only cares about herself and that is very clear

Dr. Spritke gets 5 stars the rest of the staff nurses receptionist etc. Get 1 starif that. Refusing to refill the depression meds I was prescribed and being rude about it. Today I have been calling since the office opened at 8 a.m. 21 minutes and continue getting a message saying the office will reopen at 8a.m....

Dr Spritke is God awful. I wont be back. Ill drive 45 minutes If need be. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor. The best way I could describe her is condescending. She was not even in my room for 5 minutes. I have a long history of womens health issues and was looking forward to my appointment to have a professional opinion on some problems I had been having. She was rushing me and had an attitude. She did not show any empathy. I only had 3 questions to ask. It would of taken 10 minutes tops to help me.I asked her if she was in a hurry and she said yes. Well its a shame I have to pay you over 300$ and didnt get to ask any questions.She is not up to date with current studies and is a lousy excuse for even a medical professional.

Doctors assistant is very slow and she often forget about me and she takes her time. She barely do any work sometime the diff. nurses would come up and ask if I need any help. This place cant even be on schedule. They still make you wait for 30 extra mins before they called you up. Worst part of all they dont go into details about the shots they just schedule it for you right away on the same day and send you to the next department. Especially if its your first pregnancy you have no clue what its all about.

Office voicemail states they open at 8 am but website says 845 am. When you call you get a voice recording. How do you get an appointment.

I had Dr. Evans as my OB and I always liked him but I really dont care for the office pollicies. I routinely wait 30 to 45 minites to be seen. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Spritke because she was the only one available when I made the appointment. I arrived 15 minutes late because I drive 45 minutes from Caldwell County and it was raining heavily. They refused to see me and said I would have to reschedule. The waiting room was empty I will never go back there I will find a new OB and hospital

Went here when i was pregnant woth my first child. The staff is very supportive and helpful. I saw doctor spritke and was very pleased with her. It never took long to be seen and she was just the swretest. I ended up having an emergency csection so she did not deliver but the on call doctor was very good also. He had my sons best interest in mind and did all he could to ensure Noah was delivered safe and healthy.

I will no longer be a patient of this facility. I have received the depo birth control shot from this office for 2 years I left for university this past year and have been getting my shots at my school’s health center. I am back home for the summer and needed to get my shot in between July 1224. I scheduled an appointment to have this done two weeks prior to this date and they made no such comment of me needing to do anything other than pick the depo up from my local pharmacy. I call the day of my appointment to request the medication so i can pick it up before my appointment. I get to the pharmacy and they tell me Women’s Health Group has not yet approved the request. Upon calling them they decided to tell me THEN 30 mins before my scheduled appointment that they couldn’t provide me with the depo shot until having a physical done. And that they don’t have any opening for physicals until mid august several weeks after i’m supposed to receive the shot. Not receiving the shot on time puts your body through enormous hormonal stress and causes heavy irregular periods and doesn’t protect from pregnancy. If they had told me this when i scheduled my appointment weeks ago this would not be an issue. But i am now forced to drive TWO HOURS to receive health care because of the atrocious lack of communication within this office. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The dr is great but needed some paperwork filled out for work and have call for 3 days straight for the lady that does the work never to answer and we leave message after message and we get no returned calls.. today we call and ask and again we ask and get sent to a voice mail but we keep calling the office and no one picked up until we blocked our number the they did and said they would transfer the call and just hung up on us .. like I said the dr and nurses or great just not the others .

Its taken some time for me to get the time to post a review but I was 4 different obgyn here. I will say the male Dr. Evans flat out ignored my history of kidney stones and would only believe it was a UTI that was causing me pain. Then when labs proved it was in fact NOT a UTI as he was so sure of he didnt make any note of that in my files so I had to explain to another obgyn that it was not an infection and i was not prescribed antibiotics. Oh btw I didnt learn that the tests came back clear til my next appt btw so I sat and endured my kidney stone pain and heard nothingDr Krogel was absolutely amazing I wanna give it higher stars for her she listened to me and was compassionate and honest. Krogels nurse staff were great and patient. I loved my office visits with her.Dr spritke was a fill in doc for me one day and she gave me the most painful pelvic exam ive ever experienced and she had 0 personality or bed side manner.Last to Dr. Smolke he delivered my son I never saw him in office before but the level of expertise this man has was amazing. My son was born with the cord around his neck and he just delivered him like it was the simplest birth ever. He was so completely calm and no nonsense. Ive delivered 3 babies and he was the best hands down. I cant say enough about how secure I felt with him doing the delivery .I guess that wraps up my experiences I hope this group reevaluates a few of their docsnurses.
