Had to wait two hours just for them to tell me that they can’t see me … and I had to be the one to go in and ask what is taking so long .. terrible service DO NOT GO HERE I went to urgent care in moutain view after this one and they made me feel so much better Go to the moutain view urgent care cause they care about you unlike this place they just want your money

Rude staff… you can tell they don’t like their job or employer

They tested my son for covid he was positive. They never set up a follow up for his normal Dr or any dr. I had to call our Dr after days with no progress. Our dr said they should have give us an 02 reader and set up an appt. They never did that either. We kept in contact with our Dr and virtual nurse. Our son had a fever for 5 days and sever cough and sore throat. Drs pushed fluids. His fever spiked last night Friday called On Call Dr. He said to keep a watch on it. And tomorrow Saturday to take him to urgent care and have him tested for streph throat. Son ate some noodles and fever went down with meds. I took him to urgent care and they refused to see him. I just wanted a streph test. They said since hes lost weight and still sick go to ER.

Very pleasant visit anytime ive gone to this location. I highly recommend. Ill use again if ever needed

Really bad attitude doesn’t know how to treat patients.

Wouldn’t even let me in the building. Called to check in for pain related to a severe infection and was worried that the antibiotics were not working and the receptionist told me that I must have not given them enough time even though it had been 3 days. I then asked if I could be seen for pain and she told me that they don’t do pain meds there. At that point I just decided to find some other place that would actually care for my well being.

Very helpful over the phone I called because I was running late for covid testing and wasn’t going to make it in time before closing. They were nice enough to call me back and reroute me to a location closer to where I was coming from. They certainly did not have to do that but went above and beyond to make sure I still got the test I needed.

Worst urgent care This will be a lengthy post as there are several points to cover. We arrived early Saturday for covid19 testing due to an exposure earlier in the week. IIwas symptomatic with a fever at 102 body aches and a cough. Being a county employee I was told to be tested at this clinic. Arrived by 835 waited to be triaged in the car till 9. Employee told us it would be a 3 hour wait and we could leave so long as we returned within 22.5 hours. I was tired from not sleeping and running a fever so we went home 7mins away and napped. Was returning at 11 when we received a call for our appointment but when we tried to explain we were 5 mins away she said wed have to go to the end of the line. Very rudely the nurse stated it was not there policy to allow pts to leave once in que and even though we were told we could we shouldnt have left. 2.5 hrs later we are finally called back with the same nurse making a snide comment about whether or not we had left again or were waiting outside. Rapid testing takes 15 mins vitals assessed and we wait. After an hour we begin asking about results nothing. An hour and 45 mins later the nurse practitioner finally enters. Im positive so were to be quarantined for ten days and due to an injury requiring chiropractic adjustment I ask for a prescription for flexeril. He agreed and said itd be sent to our pharmacy. We returned home by 4 Flash forward to Monday no prescription was ever received by the pharmacy and despite having called Sunday about it I was told today that no prescription was sent. Practitioner will not return till Wednesday and I cant in good conscience go to another urgent care knowing Im covid positive. Worst communication skills and horrible behavior by the staff in speaking to their pts. Please do not bother wasting your time with this clinic. I dont recommend going to the hospital since theyre inundated with both legitimate and not so legitimate health problems. But after experiencing this urgent care and wasting so much time I have a better understanding of why people skip them and go straight to the hospital.

Seriously don’t bother to come here. The staff 810 is always rude and act like they’re too bothered to help you. They react negatively when others come in or need to be seen. They try to deter you any way possible. I sat here for 3 hours to be told they couldn’t help me. 3 hours. Meantime the receptionist is running everything by someone to see if they can be seen there or if they need to go to the er etc. BUT SHE LET ME SIT THERE. so now I won’t get the treatment that I needed because I don’t have time to be seen anywhere else.
