My Husband went once before and hes 35yrs old and has a pacemaker we are recovering addicts and he has come so far and since getting his pacemaker his heart doctor said he needed to get a family physician and he went to mountain valley health center and they didnt make him feel welcomed or like he was even important My husband told them his whole case bc he has never seen them before so he was explaining what had been done to him wthe pacemaker the doctor brought someone else in for him to explain again to them got the feeling they thought he was lying . and then left him in the room for 30mins and when they finally came back in almost didnt wright his heartblood pressure fluif pills the cardiologist had put him on for some odd reason when thats the whole reason he need a family physician to control all his meds but instead treated him poorly berly gave him his meds. So i wished we had something nice to say but sadly this was our experience.

They do not answer when you call them and have largely proven to be unproffesional. I was told that they would refer me to a pain management specialist. After a month I heard nothing so I called the specialist. They had no record of me or any appointments. I called mountain valley back and they had never did what they said they would do that they had never referred me at all. Just completely dissapointing and unproffesional. I do not plan on continuing to use them as my primary
