This office is highly efficient and welcoming. Appointment times are within reasonable time limits. Care and follow up are credible.

A surgery was scheduled by mark bruzinski before ever getting it approved by insurance I made plans thru work to get short term while out. And 3 days before surgery insurance denied it. Emerge ortho tried to blame insurance and Once I called insurance was told that the surgeon (mark) did not call and do the correct procedures to get it approved. This was 2cd time emerge ortho failed to do there job. The first time was when we tried getting the mri scheduled and they blamed insurance but after calling insurance emerge ortho did not send correct information so there was 2weeks wasted I called office back and called them out on it. Guess I hurt there feelings to much.then they refused to do anything No problem got it scheduled elsewhere. But if you go see this clown. Verify with your insurance that everything is approved and don’t take emergo ortho word on it.

Had my appointment at EmergeOrtho in Morganton for my hip today. Did not know how long it would take to get there. Showed up 15 minutes early for a 10:30 appointment. Was heading home at 10:50. I had an evaluation by the surgeon that included range of motion, strength, and pain. They took 2 X-Rays. The surgeon did a thorough review with me and came up with a strategy to proceed that did not include surgery. The first step is an injection to relieve pain. They referred me to their pain management group for an appointment. After the injection I can work on strength therapy. If I had needed more time with the doctor he would have given it. Are these guys organized or what?

I had a very good experience and looking forward to a speedy recovery. Would recommend this office and surgeon to someone requiring this type of surgery.Thank you!

I have been to this facility several times for different problems. The most recent visit was for a torn meniscus in my right knee. I had surgery on 7/6/21 and have been very pleased with the outcome. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Brazinski and this facility for your orthopedic needs..

Dr. Brazinski was very thorough in explaining the severity of my shoulder injury and he showed me an image of the torn rotator cuff. He described the scope of the surgery I would require and referred me to a different surgeon who has done many surgeries like the one I needed. Dr. Brazinski and his staff were extremely courteous and helpful in assisting me in the right direction for surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Brazinski’s team at EmergeOrtho, Morganton, NC.

This knee replacement has been challenging but I’m making steady progress. Not so in 2012 with another surgeon in the hickory area when I had the other knee replaced. Everyone at Emerge ortho has been eager to help me recover and it’s taken one month at Emerge to achieve the same progress it took over a year to achieve in hickory 2012. I think the staff of Emerge Ortho really care and I thank them so much.
