Dr. Mia Griggs is my primary care physician in Morganton, NC. She is so competent and professional. She is very caring and listens intently to me when I discuss my problems. She takes time to explain everything thoroughly. I really feel like I am receiving the best possible care. She is a terrific doctor.

Dr. Griggs is impersonal and unprofessional. I've continually been dissapointed in my visits and have seen her for nearly two years, kept hoping to feel more confident in the care I was receiving and paying for. In my last visit I was facing a very personal issue that took me a lot of courage to seek help for. I was told she was on a "very limited timeframe", and I would have to call scheduling and set up something in the next couple weeks. Finally requested a new physician and I'm so glad I did

OUTSTANDING! Finally I find a doctor who listens, knows how to treat something, doesn't overreact or over-prescribe medications. She is a joy to visit. She is very no-nonsense and actually listens to her patients and their concerns. Dr. Griggs is incredible. What a God send this lady is.

Pre-existing conditions beware! Regular family physician moved, so I tried Dr Griggs out to see if she would be a good fit as a primary care physician. scheduled my appointment as a meet and greet only --no issues. Soon as she walked in, i told her i was looking for a replacement PCP. She immediately proceeded to review my medications and make changes to to them online; even when i told her to stop! It was a giant pain to call my specialists and have them reenter prescriptions.

Dr. Griggs is one of Charlottes best. She used to be my disabled mother's pcp. Due to distance we had to choose another pcp. None were as thorough as Dr. Griggs. So, I moved my mother to charlotte hoping to resume with Dr. Griggs only to find out Dr Griggs has moved her practice to Morganton NC. I am heart broken needless to say. If we can't find a Dr with the patience & thoroughness of Dr Griggs I won't hesitate to move again. She is that good.

Dr. Griggs resolved what became a critical issue and saved my leg; AFTER 2 other doctors had told me to just go home and take ice/drugs for the pain. Very caring and professional doctor took the time necessary to diagnose the problem. Thanks.
