I can't say enough about the absolutely wonderful surgery staff. They were patient, kind, thorough, understanding, and instilled complete confidence in me, and my husband, prior to surgery. They are professional and a great team. This place is the only one I have gone to for years. Each visit has been pleasant and I have purchased several pair of glasses etc. Today when I went to pick out a couple of pair of additional glasses with my new prescription from Dr Wade who tops all the others there, I met Rebecca who helped me with the selection and proper sizing as well as a great price. When she first came out I could tell right away that she knew what she was doing and her knowledge about her field was tops . Her great personality along with her smile behind the mask made me feel right at home. She searched with me throughout the store trying on more than a dozen pair for what I wanted and then went to the back and found a pair I was very happy with. She was also very particular with any that we touched would be placed in another box to be cleaned and sanitized. I have learned that when you go into the store and sign in you can put the persons name down that you would like to work with. I could only highly recommend this young lady to anybody that would go into the store. She is the example of what great customer service is all about. Rebecca if you read this post please know that you have blessed my day. You are truly the best and now the reason I will continue to come back to get any glasses only at this store!!!

Great place, good place for your eyes.

I can't say enough about Dr. Lowery and his staff. Personal, professional, caring each and everyone of them. I wouldn't trust my eyes to anyone else. Thank each of you for loving your work.

I have been waiting on safety glasses for a month and regular eyeglasses for 3 weeks. I couldn’t order both on the same day because supposedly the computer system was down. I still don’t have my safety glasses and my regular frames are on back order until the middle of May. That part I just found out after calling the 2nd time today. I need my glasses! Who knows when i will even them get. And I can’t cancel them because it will take even longer for my insurance to cover them! I will definitely go back to Lens Crafters next time! This place is a joke! Sadly I called back today and still NO FREAKING GLASSES!

I have so many problems with them rescheduling and then saying, oh we called and no VM was set not.... Not true. The young lady at the front desk was nice and took care of me because this is not the only problems I’ve had with them... oh can’t find your insurance... charged me wrong co pay.... then never even ordered my contacts......I’m fed up and looking for elsewhere.

If I could Give less than one I would. I went in the appointment was fine, I went same day to order glasses that went fine. I waited over a month from my glasses to come in through medicaid. After that I came in got fitted for my new glasses and the prescription was incredibly wrong, I was questioned by the staff member saying its just because their new glasses. I've had glasses since I've been in the 3rd grade I know when the prescription is wrong. She then compared them to my glasses I was wearing which I have 2020 vision with and they were incredibly strong. I was told to make an appointment with optical which I did. When I returned for that appointment they had no record of me ever even being there to try on the glasses the glasses had not been sent out nothing was recorded and I had to make another doctor's appointment to get the prescription confirmed again let's hope they don't screw it up this time. This is been incredibly inconvenient as I have a brand new baby and working part time.

I've been here several times in the past and always had a great experience until today. I sat and waited for 30 mins while others coming in behind me barely waited 5 mins. If I had been 30 mins late, I would have had to reschedule my appointment. 10 people went in front of me before I asked if I was in line. She said I was next. Well they took 3 more people after that! I just said see y'all and walked out. Since I would have had my eyes dilated, my friend took time off from work to take me. I couldn't have them hanging on until the doctor decided to see me.
