With 3 kids I end up using this place often especially since there primary doctor is still doing coivd test for sick visit and makes us wait in car for 45+ minutes until results come back. Thats not ideal, but every single person who has cared for us here is amazing. Always kind and quick. Appreciate them so much

We had a very positive experience here! My son was shown excellent care from the nurse practitioner and the lady at the front desk was very friendly and positive. We will go back.

DO NOT GO THERE. It is the worst urgent care around Morganton. Hell I can tell you your vitals for free. I Sure would not pay 130 to sit in a room and then get told to go get Tylenol at cvs pharmacy.

I checked in my daughter that was sick with fever. Waited over and hour and half still waiting. I have watched them see others who came in afterwards before her. Individuals seen for drug test came before her. I had to ask the receptionist when she would be seen after watching four people go ahead of her

It was a smooth experience at this location. Everyone I came in contact with was great. I didn’t feel rushed. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously all my questions were answered. I wasn’t there for a long time either. Although I am feeling unwell, I am very happy with the care I received here.

Whenever I can't get into my primary care physician this is where I go. Never had any problem minus two doctors telling me opposite things and then bad mouthing the other. However, today I called to see how long of a wait there was and the lady who answered the phone was so rude! This is something I've never experienced here and I can't believe they would have someone0l0lrude answering the phone. And I know I shouldn't hold this bad experience against the place, but I will be going somewhere else. If it's that bad on the phone I can imagine what it's like in person. I really liked this place.
