Receptionist rude and short with my daughter on phone. Gave her the same rude statement when we got there to check in. Was not wearing a mask entire time she waited on people at the window. Kept saying “you have to see the provider” when we had called to see if she could come in for a COVID test. After that 2nd comment in person I told her we were fine with seeing a provider and paying my copay. NP got very political and opinionated in regards to COVID and even spouted off “facts” about deaths the past several years trying to insinuate COVID had not contributed to anymore deaths than anything else in recent years. So unprofessional and my family will not be back to this urgent care. Apparently they aren’t worried about it looking at other negative reviews. Perhaps their cosmetic surgery business is all the business they need!

This place is very unprofessional. I had to wait until I got off of work yesterday to visit the office… Normal business hours say 9am-9 pm. There was a sign on the door that says they may close 1 hr early due to COVID. I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at the office at 7:15 and they were closed. No note or anything. I called today see what happened yesterday and the receptionist said they closed because they just felt like it.

I have to agree with every negative review I have read regarding this urgent care, the nurse and physician may very well be fabulous but the lady at the front desk is far past her calling of retirement. She was extremely rude and not fit to work with the public. I called numerous times before coming in with my 10 month old who has had a fever hanging around 104 and her doctors office was closed. When I finally went in without speaking to anyone, the receptionist was yelling to someone in the back to ignore phone calls as the phone continues to ring. She made several rude ignorant comments towards me. And I told her I thought she should be fired. Also with the uptick in covid cases she was not wearing a mask. Such a wonderful example of a healthcare professional. I would love to speak with someone who manages this facility—from the point of view of an RN

I was extremely impressed by the nurse /medical asst and Mr. Robert Horner (not sure whether he's an NP or physician. Both were very informative and engaging. Mr. Horner was very attentive and paid close attention to my complaints. I appreciate them both.
