I would definitely not recommend this Dr office to any parents. the manager is the rudest person I have ever met. she hung up on my call when I called back she pretended that she was not the same person. Very unrespectful.

Front desk is very nice. Dr. Thomas is slow and non-responsive to parents seeking information for my child. The lack of urgency has been an issue from day one. Do NOT take your child to this doctor.

I like Dr. Thomas - saw her for 1 emergency appt. However the office staff was HORRIBLE!!! They told me to go to the wrong website to get new patient forms. I also had to travel to 3 different schools AFTER leaving work in CH to pick up my kids for this. The entire trip & filling out forms took almost 2 .5 hrs! They wouldn't see my kids without spending 45 min filling out forms AGAIN, causing me to loose more time from work and instead told me to reschedule!! I left and went to cornerstone!

Would not recommend! While we received adequate information and feedback during our child's visit, the follow-up and communication post-visit was terrible. I have also had so many problems with Building Blocks Pediatrics in Morrisville- everything from not sending us information after repeated requests, to inaccurate information, to inaccurate appointment times. Would definitely not recommend.

This doctor is awful. She aggressively bullied me until I left the office. I wasn't even supposed to see a doctor at this visit and if we were going to see a doctor we would want our doctor. She does not have a conversation with you, instead bullies you into doing what she wants regarding shots or care for your child. She wouldn't even sit down and talk to me but instead stood in the doorway telling me what I HAD to do. Her bedside manner is a straight 0. I would never reccomend her and will never go back to her.
