Jennifer Thompson Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Thompson is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She has been my doctor for approximately 7 years. She has excellent bedside manner! She is kind, gentle, caring, and compassionate. She answers my questions in a way that I understand, which is greatly appreciated. She actively involves me in my treatment plan (instead of just telling me what to do and expecting 100% compliance). I highly recommend Dr. Thompson!

I really like Dr. Thompson a lot. She's very nice, caring and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. She even saw I was in the office once and came by to say hello and ask how I was doing after my recent surgery. That was very sweet! She will call me personally after hours, too, to discuss my problems/labs/concerns. I really like Dr. Patel and NP Kari Hussman that work in the same office, too. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

This review is for doctor Jennifer thomson who currently in 2013 works at Avance Care. So when my previous doctor left, i was forced to pick a doctor at avance care since i wanted to get my physical done before a certain time. She is fine, if all you are going for is a very basic physical, pap smear etc.... if you ask her any question out of the normal physical she is very incompetent and answered my questions incorrectly. She left me very confused, and also she wanted to rush through the whole physical and rush to her next patient after being late for the appointment. It was a really bad experience overall, and I really recommend finding a different doctor especially if you want one you can go to on a regular basis. I had to clarify somethings with the nurse at avance care since she misinformed me. ALso i setup a follow up specialist appointment, since after the misinformation I did not trust her to answer any of my questions correctly. *Recommendation- stay away until she starts taking her job more seriously*
