Some staff is nice but the doctors are bad. In the process of changing my children doctor. Real nonchalant about emergency situation and don’t know how to diagnose.

The worst place ever! I am now looking into switching my daughter into a different provider. We scheduled a 10am appointment and it’s past 10:22 am and they still haven’t taken us inside after calling the front desk twice. I understand the restrictions with COVID but why schedule an appointment at that time if you can’t get us inside in time, due to social distancing?! A lack of planning and poor front desk schedulers.

Dr. Dori is the best. My son has bad seasonal allergies and gets infections often - before seeing Dr. Dori. It took some time and referrals to some specialists but with patience we worked through his issues and found a treatment regimen that works for him. She is very knowledgeable and a good listener (to parent and child). The office takes on/uses student doctor’s who you may see first for oral history before doc comes in. While this can make visit take a little longer and may at times put appointments behind, I appreciate that they take this additional work on to educate the next generation of doctors - and I believe those docs are lucky (huge plus) to have opportunity to learn under Dr. Dori. If you don’t have patience or time to occasionally have to wait - you may be frustrated by this. But for me it’s worth it to see Dr. Dori.
