I haven’t been to see Dr. Reeves in a while. However when I was going to see her I can honestly say that she was the best. Dr. Reeves always took the time to make me feel relaxed and answer any questions that I had. It’s now time for my eye exam and I am going to make my appointment with her.

I would definitely not recommend going to this eye office. They are pure chaos all the time and no one knows what they’re doing. I’ve had to go back to the office 5 times to find the right contacts (which is normal), but Each time I went back they were extremely overwhelmed and couldn’t get on the same page. It also took over an hour each time just for me to put in contacts, have the doctor look at my eye, then check me out so I could leave. This location really needs some serious help and attention.

Very disappointed at her lack of empathy for a patient. In my first visit in 2017, she had shown same attitude. At that time, I had thought she had had a bad day. But, during my second visit recently, she again failed to extend any courtesy of greeting me as a patient. During the examination, the room felt way to cold in her presence. Even at the end examination, I had to ask her if we were done! She has a lot to learn her front office stuffs. They poses better human quality than Dr. Reeves.

Dr Reeves was on time, useful, informed and interested in my eyes. I have a condition called Map Dot Fingerprint. I have been to 2 others doctors with condition. Dr. Reeves is the only one who explained it to me and gave me a solution to consider. She offered tear duct plugs which she implanted. Now I don't need eye drops all the time. In addition this will slow down my need to change glasses. I am very pleased with her and her office. I highly recommend utilizing this doctor.
