Brett and his team have been absolutely fantastic. I started seeing Brett and the team at the Performance Center a few days after having knee surgery, and they’ve really helped me in my recovery. They really focus on my alignment and movements through all the various exercises and make small adjustments during the exercises and also add new ones to help strengthen imbalances I have. 6 weeks after surgery, and I’m feeling better than I did 6 months before the surgery. Highly recommend!

Working with the crew at Raleigh Ortho Performance Center is a blessing. Everyone is incredibly kind, the staff is knowledgeable, and I can tell my care is the priority. Regardless of who you work with, each team member will treat you will equal intention and friendliness. I highly recommend this spot for your PT needs.

I just finished up PT after working with Jen for 2 months. Going into Physical therapy I was totally hopeless that it would help and truly felt like I would feel my hip pain forever and never get back to running. It is 100% all thanks to Jen that I am now completely healed up and back to running comfortably and completely normal doing a half marathon this weekend. She focused not only on helping temporarily relieve pain from the area through stretching but also on strengthening the area so I would be stronger and no longer be in pain (a more permanent result). I could not be more thankful and recommend her enough!!!!

Brandon is the most thorough and thoughtful PT I have worked with to date. I would recommend any sports injury patient to him, but especially complex injuries like achilles tendon or ACLs.
