I am highly impressed with Brandon Vattima at this Renew Wellness location. He is a skilled professional and is also very kind and friendly. I have worked with him for two different injuries and everything he did made a huge difference. I particularly like how he teaches exercises for stretching and strength building. His dry needling and massage techniques are also very helpful to alleviate pain. I will always go to him first as a PT.

I worked with Damien several years ago when I had hamstring tendinosis, and he helped me get to the starting line of the Chicago Marathon. In recent training my hamstring issues resurfaced along with concerns about my IT band. With around a month until race day, I thought I must see Damien. He got me race ready and helped me make it to the start of another marathon. He helped me identify what could be the cause of my current hamstring issues and educated me on periodization for my weight training in conjunction with my run training. Damien is the best! I take my two high level gymnasts to see him because of his care, knowledge and dedication to their health. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with their PT needs! A real therapist that listens!

Both Damien and Brandon are great to work with and have helped keep me healthy for the couple of years I’ve been seeing them. Each of them take the time to get to know you personally along with the treatment they provide. Would recommend both of them for any PT needs.

Been coming to Renew for almost a year specifically to work with Holli Morrison. She is amazingly intuitive and insightful about PT, has an uncanny ability to understand my needs, and generated novel and effective exercises each time. It's always a fresh session focused on what I need that day, and I always leave feeling better. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Damien and the staff at Renew Wellness are amazing. I started seeing Holli about 3 months ago for chronic back pain and I immediately felt an improvement after just the first visit. I'm more flexible and I'm back to my normal workouts. I've recommended 5 coworkers to try out the services they've all been satisfied with the results.

I cannot say enough great things about Holli. She has made a huge difference to my well being. She really thoroughly investigates any problem, explains what is going wrong and provides approach to fix. It also helps me that she use to be a dancer so understands both the physical and mental aspects of that background. She really is the best having been to quite a few over the years.
