Grace is the most talented physical physical therapist I have ever had. I suffered with lock jaw and was referred to her from my dentist. With only two sessions I had significant improvement. I have seen people in her practice for shoulder and plantar fasciitis pain. Everyone is professional and helpful and aided in my speedy recovery. 😍

Grace Tang is a good physical therapist. She listens to her patients and takes an interest in seeing they get the appropriate care. She is also skilled at dry needling.

My family and I have visited Strive for 12 years... we're a busy, athletic family with the occasional injury and Grace (+ Team) is always there to take exceptional care of us!

I have lots of good things to say about Strive. I have been seen by both Allison and Grace and both have been delightful to work with. They dive into the root of the problems I was having and really try to eliminate the things that would be causing the pain. Rather than doing treatments just to do treatments, they want you to get better so you can move on with your life rather than living in pain and just covering up symptoms with pain meds or frequent care. They have been very accommodating with our little baby as well and even let us bring him in while getting treatments. Great people, great service.

I can't say enough good things about Strive. Allison is so wonderful, friendly, and great at her job. She'll take your concerns, how you're feeling that day, etc into account to customize your time with her to meet your needs. She's just really amazing at her job and genuinely cares for her patients. And all the other staff are really awesome too!

Grace is very knowledgeable regarding jaw pain problems, and comes recommended by the UNC-CH jaw pain clinic for the dry needling technique. I highly recommend Strive PT.

If you’re looking for high QUALITY physical therapy, Strive PT is a great place. There’s no cookie cutter treatment or 4 patients per PT like there are in other PT places. You get individualized and attentive care with your treating doctor. The owner, who is also a TMJ specialist, support staff, and doctors all provide a welcoming experience. I highly recommend Strive PT!
