I find Allison Williams to be a breath of fresh air in the medical field. She listens to you and is very relatable. She is thorough and follows up. I would highly recommend her. I have been a patient with her for years. The office wait time for appointments is usally under 15 minutes.

Allison Williams is an incredibly unsatisfactory primary care physician. She doesn’t seem to care and is incredibly dismissive. If you are looking for a doctor who will work with you to help you understand what is going on and help you get better then look somewhere else.

Allison Williams is incredibly unprofessional, callous and uncaring. I am planning on leaving Currituck Internal Medicine because of how little she seems to care. She did not try to help me resolve any of my medical problems and merely shuffled me off through the Chesapeake Regional referral system. She did not try to explain any of her decisions as to her lack of treatment and seemed incredibly rushed, as if I didn’t matter and she simply had to get to the next patient. I am incredibly dissatisfied with her as my primary care physician and simply want a doctor who will treat me like a human being and at least pretend to care.
