I have seen Dr. Win both in the hospital setting and in the office. He is competent and caring. He actually sits down and listens. He welcomes questions. I am confident that he is capable of giving me the highest standard of healthcare. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a cardiologist.

I also had this doctor, and he basically told me I was stupid, because the cholestoral medicine that I was on was making me sick. He told me it was not possible. He told me that at least 3 times and I tried not taking it and I would be fine and then take again and be sick. He told me not possible. Went to my regular physician and he put me on a lower dose and my cholesteral is down and I'm no longer getting sick. He had me on 80 mg, now on 20 and cholesteral is good.

Dr. Win always takes time with me, answers all my questions and never seems to be in a rush to move to the next patient. I would highly recommend him! A great example of what every doctor should strive to be!
