Dr Skeleton and Connie are great and the rest of the office has always been friendly

Really liked Dr Paul...then Machine broke for surgical procedure. Rescheduled for 2 months later when Machine was fixed. On day of procedure we were called to say banding couldnt be done because of blood thinner prescribed. On the DAY OF the procedure. Was the chart information not reviewed before we were on our way from home? Hmmmm. Upon transfer to another facility chart had errors and staff would not fax report to referral Dr office. We drove to sign and pick up reportpaid to fax it from ups store. It was not acceptable at other office office notes rather than a medical record. Really? Dr Paul may be thorough and effective in her surgical procedure but we will not risk finding out because of too many incidents of preop and office incompetency.

I was seen before and after surgery. Everyone was very nice. Dr Paul was great. I had to have my surgery at the hospital. Besides the pre and post op areas being so small everythingswent smooth and professional.
