Always quick but efficient...weve seen probably every doctor between my 5 kids and theyre all wonderful. They listen to you and your childs needs rather than rushing you out and that really matters to the parents I give them a definite 5 star its always clean and the staff are friendly

I love the staff and the doctors everyones quick and caring and the front desk has repeatedly gone above and beyond for me whether its for a walkin or for a records request.

Lady at the front desk is incredibly nasty Monica or Monique I think She really makes the office look bad. She was horrible to my 3 year old and myself when we went in to switch to them after moving here and also when we came back for his 1st appt. However the doctor he saw Dr. Whaley I think was beyond great and that’s what really matters. The desk lady does have me considering switching pediatricians though. I don’t care how you act towards me but you can not work at a pediatricians office and be nasty towards kids. The nurses were sweet and Dr. was great though.I’m editing my review after seeing I’m not the only one who had a bad experience with the lady at the desk 5 stars for the doctors nurses and quality of care for my child0 stars for the check in process dealings with that particular woman at the front desk. Seriously CarolinaEast Peds.....you guys should replace her with someone who doesn’t clearly hate their job as much as she does.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Dr. Riley is an awesome doctor. The staff are all kind especially Kim at the front desk. She is always pleasant and helpful.

First time mom here and Dr. Riley always has been great with our daughter since the day she was born. She’s also been very helpful with answering any and all of my crazy first time parent questions. She takes her time with us and we never feel rushed.

Absolutely love Doctor Mangun. All three of my children have been coming here since birth. Unfortunately Im considering an alternative due to the attitude I receive upon check in from this one female in particular. Besides that its a great office

Doctor Mangun is an awesome pediatrician. The only issue I have with this place is the attitide of one of their secretaries. Picking up prescriptions making appointments theres always an attitude. You can definitely tell she hates her job. She doesnt fit the Here to Serve Carolinaeast standard.
