I went in to have several procedures done here in the last few weeks and let me say wow. these people are awesome. From the check in to the departure i was treated with care respect and dignity. I am not in the medical field but i am obsessed with it i find it super fascinating. Before my last procedure Nurse Ronnie explained everything that was going to happen in detail and the explained the follow up care very thoroughly. I as taken in for the prep and the two techs Marcia and Patty were kind and indulged every question i had. They made conversation and really put me at ease. Then Dr. DAngelo came in and reexamined me to be as thorough as possible and not subject me to unnecessary pokes. The entire procedure took less than 10 mins and was virtually painless. I had asked since it was gonna be ultrasound guided if i could watch and they were happy to set it up so i could. when it was over i was sent for a post op mammo and after each pic was taken i was able to see my mammogram pics Amazing Overall i got above average care from women who seemed to really enjoy their job and care about their patients. 6 stars.
