Dr. McNabb has been nothing but wonderful when it comes to caring for my son’s ears. He needed tubes and then had to have one replaced ASAP shortly after getting the first set and made sure he rearranged his schedule for my son. I will continued to see and recommend Dr. McNabb He is the best

I will always and forever believe Dr. McNabb saved my brothers life with an accurate diagnosis treatment and surgery.Hes caringly treated my preteen niece and me for allergies and ear infections.Hes my familys hero.

Make sure you get a copy of your medical records. I did mine and couldnt believe what I saw. They lied in my records and said that I have bipolar which is something that I have never been diagnosed with. They will give you the run around. Dr Hardison is a joke. Hes all about some nasal spray.

Every person at the office were professional nice and helpful. Dr. McNabb was wonderful and his coworkersstaff were as wonderful

DONT go to Dr Hardison unless you want a hearing aid .All he wants is your money .He spent about 5 minutes and barely looked in my ear.The front desk lied to get my ss numbersaid new medicare numbers were being comprimized not truethey just want a way to track you if you dont pay your bill .Dont fall for that.

I saw Dr. Loveless and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and Dr. Loveless.The staff was very patient with my slow walking and always explained what areas we were going to and why.Terry the Audiologist explained the testing process and had a good sense of humor.Dr. Loveless listened to my comments no pun intended and explained to me what all the numbers and marks were on my report. He didnt try to sell me anything and told me that when its time for me to get hearing aids he will let me know.I work with Doctors every day and I can tell you that this is one that cares about his patients and his staff.

I’m very thankful for them he’s found a problem and for their help without it I could pass away at any time but no because of him I will be taken care of before it all goes bad

Complete waste of time and money. The first visit seemed to go fine. Then they schedule me for the actual procedure which was over a month later. The day of the appointment I checked and found I had a voicemail from them and it doesnt say anything urgent or pressing. It only said Hi Im name from CarolinaEast please call us back at number. Thanks. So I tried calling them and the lady wasnt available but the staff didnt tell me anything was pressing or important so I thought it must have been minor. I also never got a call back before my appointment and so I showed up. I thought maybe it was an earlier time slot they were going to see if I wanted to attend instead of my appointment because of how nonurgent the voicemail was. So I drive 45 mins to the office and get there still no phone call and they tell me that my appointment was cancelled when I get there. I couldnt believe it. The shear lack of effort to get in touch with me was astounding. When I tried to discuss they simply told me they tried to call me multiple times.Despite leaving the worst and most useless voicemail anyone could have thought to leave for a situation like that they basically just told me sorry and offered a $5 gas card. Apparently they cancelled my appointment because there was a covid test that they never felt the need to mention for the past month and that there was another missed call from earlier in the week.. but even if I got that call I still wouldnt have had an opportunity to get the test before the appointment it takes 5 days for the results. So they said now I have to take the covid test for them to do the procedure.. Oh and I have to pay for it. I said no. I said I want my money back from the first visit if youre not going to do the procedure. That was the whole point of the first visit. So now theyre refusing to refund anything and I still have to go pay for some covid test if I want to get the procedure. And if I do pay for it and get a false positive I have to pay for any followon testsissuesetc. Keep in mind they had over a MONTH to do this and they waited until a week before my appointment to give me a phone call and a worthless voicemail. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Staff is great Dr Loveless and Dr Hardison were both great.

Front desk staff are the rudest ppl Ive ever experienced. Appointment scheduler is not quite as bad but shes definitely a part of the team. Screaming and arguing with patients about insurance card.
