If I could give this incompetent dr A 0 I would she is the worst of any neurologist from new Bern to New York I have ever came in contact with none caring mis diagnosed and hipa she likes to tell others lies and Blanton that lies she’s horrible do not waste your time

Well at least you can say her staff are consistent; they scheduled my MRI on Oct 22 in New Bern at during the same phone call they scheduled my follow-up after the MRI today the 28th at 1540(340PM). I arrived at the new location at 3pm I confirmed both my name and appointment time at 828am. As I said, I arrived at 3 pm to be told I don't have an appointment. Who made the appointment I was asked? I said I don't know but whoever made the MRI appointment must of made the follow-up. There aren't many Neurologists in New Bern, but i won't be seeing this one again. I cannot deal with incompetence.

I like Dr. Haggerty. She is very personable. Her front office staff, however, the office staff should be sent back to school. Three times I got to that office for a supposed scheduled appointment only to find out that staff can take an appointment, but they can't write the appointment down, nor can they keep the appointment. Because of this inability to function in this office, I'm looking for a new doctor.

The first moment I met Dr. Hagerty I liked her. She seemed to genuinely care about me. I went to her because I'd had a stroke (with no use of my rt arm).,I had botox injections in certain muscles. I would certainly recommend her as a Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Hagerty for many years. She takes time with each patient, so sometimes there’s a little wait, but I don’t mind because when she comes in, she listens to all my concerns and genuinely cares. I’d recommend Dr. Hagerty to anyone needing a compassionate and dedicated neurologist.

After quite a search, I have been seeing Dr. Hagerty for over a year now and she has helped me immensely. I found Dr. Hagerty to be what all doctors should be - kind, compassionate, understanding, yes! But also extremely knowledgeable, professional, and highly intelligent. If you are looking for excellence in a physician, she is the one to see. Thank you.

Office staff totally unprofessional. Can’t say enough bad things about this office. Stay away.

Dr. Hagerty has been my neuro for years, not once has she been pushy or abrasive. She’s very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable in her work. She asks questions to try to decipher what the underlying issue is. Any exceptional doctor would do the same, there’s nothing rude or abrasive about her. She’s very straightforward, but maybe that’s too much for sensitive people.

I was uncomfortable with Dr. Hagerty from the moment she walked in. She acted exasperated and impatient. I tried to be patient but when she kept repeating questions and asked bizarre questions about my existing conditions I had to leave. I have never abandoned a medical appointment prior to this. My husband was with me and he was as appalled by her behavior and demeanor as I was.
