From the time I entered the fifth floor until I was discharged from rehab,I had excellent care from staff, nurses and physicians. I am a retired RN and I believe that my experience, and my review is relevant.

Best hospital and doctors and nurses and staff. Very caring and helpful beyond words. Saved my son's life when he had Covid. He was turned away from two other hospitals. As soon as he walked into carolina east ER they put him on oxygen and took amazing care of him. I took my husband there this year. He has stage 3 cancer. His doctors in another office could not figure out why he could not breathe. The staff at carolina east was so attentive and figured out the problem and helped him. They never gave up and even worked on his case after he was discharged from the hospital prior to follow up visits. I cannot thank the staff and doctors and nurses and everyone involved in his care enough. Basically they saved two lives for me. I'm forever grateful

One sorry Place...Friends mom was in there...He went to Visit her , and they refused him entry cause his license/ ID had expired...His picture and Info was Correct but had just expired...She passed the Next Day..Never got to say goodbye..Refused me of seeing my Newphew that had just passed..And he lived with me..

Not enough staff to provide adequate care. Doctors do not visit daily. You might see a nurse four times in a 12 hour shift. The folks are friendly. There just aren't enough of them.

I went in sick as hell and the doctor didn't even come see me . Took a look at my throat and said you have strep , sent me off with medication . I'm here at home bawling my eyes out bc of the pain I'm in and this medical facility is the worst I've ever been to .

Go somewhere else. 7 hour wait in emergency room to be seen for 30 seconds by a doctor who had no idea why I was there, didn’t want to hear the extent of my injuries, gave no information of any kind to give an employer, lawyer or insurance company. “It’s always like this.” -Doctor ____ Id tell you his name but none of that is on any paperwork they gave me. Absolutely useless.

My grandma when in with chest and arm pains and shortness of breath and wasn’t seen for 14 hours and left without being seen. Super unprofessional service from “trained” professionals in medicine.
