Before now I've worked with more than three different Forex broker which was later discovered to be fakers, fraudsters and impostor, well to cut the whole story short I saw so many positive reviews and lots of investors were hugely earning with Mrs. Anita Ephraim in crypto an expertise in Forex trading & managing accounts. I made an appointment with Family Practice and show up 15 minutes before appointment. I was informed that I was no longer a patient when I arrived. I wasted an afternoon as well as the 2 1/2 months between making the appointment and showing up on time. I even received several reminders from CCHC regarding the appointment.

Easy to get an emergency appointment with some of the most WONDERFUL, THOUGHTFUL and INTELLIGENT doctors in New Bern... but very, very difficult interacting with the front office staff and their intrinsic attitudes. Plus, this is the only medical facility that I'm aware of still requiring masks unless you have a medical exemption (see below -- office signs claiming it's because of the Executive Order that expired in Sept 2022)... the front staff does not compliment the exemplary care you will provide if you can make it through the first line of defense. The care received at CCHC Urgent Care was excellent. My condition was evaluated, diagnosed, and necessary tests were scheduled and done promptly and all right in the same facility. Strongly recommend .

Was discriminated against while at this facility. Because I have medical conditions that prevented me from wearing what they wanted me to wear I was hackled by other patients in the lobby because the receptionist made my medical privacy known to people in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional staff in the front office. Doctor Hodges was outstanding though. I have video of the incident if anybody is interested in seeing it.

Sending us nasty letters saying we havent paid our bill in "several months" when we have made at least $70 of progress on a less than $400 bill. "Your account with us has been unpaid for several months and we have exhausted all attempts to aid you in settling your debt" Received this letter dated a week after making a $30 payment. Ridiculous

Was at CCHC urgent care today. I had a 1:24 appointment. I was taken in at 1:15. The nurse was great and the PA I saw, Ashley, was wonderful. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more! Great job and thanks!
