First time going to him. He does NOT like to answer any questions. He was very unprofessional and dismissive. He did NOT want to inform you of anything and if you had a question his response was "I am not having that discussion" Seems like a miserable person and has no compassion or empathy for a patient that is interested in understanding what is going on with their health. He tells you to "google it" I will not go back to this particular Dr. I like the practice but he is NOT a people person. I am the patient and I have a right to ask questions. Bad experience. Not nice!

the bad reviews of Dr.Ouano all disappeared and lots of good replacement reviews were added. Is this legal or even fair to potential patients? Do yourself a favor and AVOID this nasty little man. He will walk out if you ask any questions.

Just in case my earlier review does not get posted, let me reiterate - just pass on this doctor. He does not welcome any questions or concerns that a patient has, and will get "offended" and leave his office in a huff. Beware!

I wish that I had read a review of Dr. Ouano before becoming his patient. He does lack empathy, is intolerant if there are questions about treatment and will take offense at everything. He turns the truth around to blame the patient and will definitely throw you out of his office. I am very sorry that I trusted him. All that and my eye seems worse after surgery. Just go elsewhere!!!!!

We found Dr Ouano to be very knowledgeable, responsive and compassionate . He worked in tandem with another great specialist to successfully repair a compound injury in my husband's eye. We're very thankful for him!

Dr Ouano performed emergency surgery with another specialist to successfully restore vision in an eye that had sustained a serious injury. He was articulate, patient with explanations and so very good.

He does not like to answer questions and takes offense when I do. He said he did not feel I had confidence in him and that I should seek a second opinion. He has no "bedside manner" whatsoever. I cancelled my surgery with him.
