Sir When you left your practice in Prescott AZ why couldnt your former patients access the records? My mother has had to take multiple test at her expense to upgrade her 40 years of records because her record have been lost due to your neglect. No advance notice you just disappeared.

This guy just up and left town. He did not warn anyone or advised his patients of his intentions. Did not provide any help on locating a new Doctor for us. This action shows how much he cares for his patients. I always felt that he was less than adequate. He refused to write a prescription for me based on cost of medication. He told me it was very expensive. I feel he was a “C” average Doctor. Likes to tell lots of stories about how good he is. Good luck with this guy.

Pompous blundering idiot

As a patient I have heard loud angry outbursts from him directed toward his staff which made me uncomfortable. I will never go back to him

When I first moved to Prescott Az I started to see Dr Gladhart. He was very nice but wasn’t very thorough. Based on my past experience with Drs he did not compare. I was never comfortable with him. He did not seem up to par with other Drs I have had contact with. On one occassion I damaged my right ear with a qtip. I saw him that day for another issue. He checked my ears as a matter of routine practice said all was ok. That night I cleaned my ear and found a large Blood clot. I found a new Doctor and it was like day and night. Dr Gladhart likes to tell lots of stories and talk about himself nice but not getting the job done. Good luck to him in South Carolina. I advice patients to do lots of research.

Did not like his bedside manner at all. I didnt come to an appointment to hear about you or your family.

He spends to much time trying to over talk you and does not pay attention. Very rude to his nurse during my visit

Never cared for his bragging how good he is. Then up and leaves when my parents had an appt and sat 3 hours only to find out he up and left??? Extremely upset but now see a wonderful group at the family medical clinic on Gurley and Mt. Vernon in Prescott

Well apparently Dr. Gladhart has disappeared left townsold or abandoned practice or any or all of the above. Husband had appt. today and called to confirm time. Was told “Dr. Gladhart is no longer here.” Now on the hunt again for a suitable primary care Dr. At least he could have notified his patients.

My wife was released from YRMC Following hip replacement surgery with written orders to see Dr Gladhart within 57 days. I spoke to the receptionist by phone to get an appointment. She told me she didnt need to see Dr Gladhart and to fallow up with her Orthopedic Dr. After several times explaining that she had written orders to see Gladhart I asked her if she was refusing to give me an appointment. She again said follow uo with her Ortho. I asked for her name and she hung up thje phone on me.Since we have not been too happy with Dr Glaqdharts bedside manor or thorougness of care we have decided to change Doctors.
