Very patient and allows you to tell him everything before he begins asking questions to clarify and help you solve you problem. Great bedside manner. Escorts you to the lab and is prompt to address any abnormal labs...before the next visit.

He is a detailed person who listens for not only what you say, but your subtle signals, too. In an age where many doctors kick you out after 10 minutes, Dr. Lucas treats you like he would a family member. And he is very thorough. You will really like him!

He is a very thorough doctor. He is my fathers doctor and he takes his time with my father and asks questions and very kind. It has been a long while since I met a doctor who takes his time and never misses a beat. He is very soft spoken and very very respectful of your time. I recommend Dr. Lucas to everyone. We are very very fortunate to have him in our community.

Good doctor as far as I know; my 93 year old mom is very comfortable with him. Support staff is below average. Simple tasks should be simple - needed to change 1 digit of a phone number on the Authorization to Discuss Info w/ Others form and it was something they could not "simply" do. Will have to follow up to ensure this very simple routine task got accomplished. Not very efficient or average.

I absolutely hate going to doctors, which is why I generally waiting till the "brink" to seek one one. Dr. Lucas was suggested to me by a close friend and, after my first appointment, I can only say it was the most FANTASTIC experience I've ever had. His practice is friendly and very efficient. You're called in ON TIME. He LISTENS to you and his exams are thorough. Labs, xray, etc. are conveniently on-site.

Dr Lucas is my primary physician. He has provided nothing but excellent care for me. If I am experiencing a problem that is not his specialty, he refers me to someone that is knowledgeable in that field. If I have an emergency, if there are no appointments available, he will fill me in.
