List of Kevin French's Reviews
I moved to Nee Bern 4 years ago, and left behind a PCP that I’d had for nearly 10 years. I have a VERY complicated medical history and numerous ailments that he has to manage. To date, I have not met another doctor that I think of as highly as I do Dr French! He always greets me with a “dad joke” and and asks how I’m doing before settling down for what I consider to be a very thorough exam... We talk and I can tell he Really listens! Although his practice is/was full, he took in my kids as they became adults and both my mother- and father-in-law when they moved here. He is our family doctor! I’m so glad to have been able to get into his care!
LISTENS AND THEN EXPLAINS WHAT HIS PLAN IS FOR YOUR PROBLEM. HE IS VERY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD (AND I DO) RECOMMEND HIM TO FRIENDS, AND FAMILY
Dr French is thorough in his exam, truly appears concerned about my health, mental & physical. He allows time for me to ask questions or share concerns that I may have and doesn't make me feel rushed. When I leave the appointment, I feel that everything was covered and nothing was left for a "next time". It would be great if all medical personnel had his caring personality. I feel exceptionally grateful to be one of his patients.
Dr. French offers excellent care. His staff is very professional and courteous.
Have had more than a few PC Drs but I have to say French is tops . He is professional kind and very knowledgeable , If something is going wrong with you and he can't find the source he will send you for test after test until the problem is found. Wouldn't trade him for a million bucks Well maybe but I'm not going anywhere unless he throws me out lolJudy Davenport
We thought he was nice; loved his jokes, but he was not good, after all, with my 87 year old mother with dementia. He deliberately mentioned her memory being gone, the fact that she would fall again and if she broke a hip she would die, and told her everything I shared with his nurse in confidence asking specifically that he not mention any of it to her, but just use it as background knowledge to best work with her; not to scare her but to be able to advise us. I can only imagine that he was upset that I reiterated with his nurse how important it was not to upset her and that he doesn’t like anyone challenging him. No 87 year old should ever be so uncomfortable with a doctor that she was visibly shaking and vowing to never be seen by him again.
Dr. French is very knowledgeable. He listens. And he explains options.
Dr . French and his nurse Brittney have given us the best medical care we have ever had. Moving to a new area as a senior, it’s not always easy to find someone you trust to provide such thorough and compassionate care. We highly recommend their team to everyone!
This person has poor bedside manner. He was extremely rude, unprofessional, and hostile towards his patient. Absolutely avoid this "doctor" at all costs, especially if you have sensitive medical issues. He is very judgemental and mean and will make you feel uncomfortable.
Dr French was hired to be my grandmother's doctor. His bedside manner was awful. He was very confrontational and bullied her. He was told numerous times how to best handle her (dementia) and he chose to ignore those tips and then would get angry with her when she couldn't remember things. Long story short she won't be going back!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
