This place is absolutely awful. I went a day ago to make an appointment. I waited about 20 minutes and decided to reschedule for the next day. The following day I was told by the receptionist that they were booked for the day. This is very inconvenient! People have things to get done! I won’t be back here again.

Tell me what kind of “urgent” care has no availability for the last THREE hours they are open?! I was informed oh you can just come tomorrow! If it wasn’t urgent sure that sounds like a real great idea! What an absolute waste of space! Do not waste your time calling either cause this facility is (according to their voicemail) dealing with the ongoing pandemic 😷. Does someone need to inform this facility the pandemic has been over for some time? This place should be ashamed of themselves and who in this state allows people like this to practice medicine?!

This place is awful. I sat for over an hour in exam room. Was told twice that the PA would be in shortly. While I sat waiting I observed how unclean the doors, walls and floor was. I'll never be back. I'm still waiting by the way.

This facility needs better management and needs to be more organized. My appt was at 3pm, I waited over an hour for the receptionist to tell me that the doctor has stopped seeing patients because he wanted to leave at 5 for Charleston. They close at 7. I’m sorry but if you know you need to leave early, you need to tell people first thing in the morning so that they don’t make an appt and then get sent home. The receptionist told me that there’s no point in making an appt because they have so many walk-ins.

First, they LOST MY HUSBANDS SKIN BIOPSY. Turned out after going to a different Doctor, he has SKIN CANCER! Decided to give them another chance. Drive over an hour for a walk-in appointment, to tell me that they have already taken all of the walk-ins for the day! …I could come back 4 hours later for a scheduled appointment. What a joke! DON’T ADVERTISE WALK-INs, IF YOU DON’T TAKE ALL WALK-INs!!!

We went in and they said we would have to come back later at 2:15PM so we said we would even though we live 50minutes away. We went to lunch and came back and had to wait an hour before we were seen. Had I known that I would have gone somewhere else. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and treated my daughter and ordered some medicine for her and we left. It they had seen her that morning when they said that she was backed up and there was hardly anyone there we would not have had to wait as long.

Great service from the front door to the exit door. After my first visit with Jennifer Lipsky I became her patient. Never have I had such personal care and made to feel like a partner in my own healthcare. Jennifer Lipsky gives GREAT medical treatment, she is compassionate and by far the most personable practitioner I have the privilege of calling my Primary Care Provider. Sometimes you have to wait but she is definitely worth waiting for. I won’t go anywhere else!
