If I could I would give no stars, but in order to post a comment I had to give at least one star. I’m very disappointed with the way this clinic is run and the way they treat their patients. Seems the staff do not communicate with the patient and with each other. If you call to leave a voicemail, they never and I mean NEVER call you back. They take a stable patient and try to destroy what progress they have made by doing the most ridiculous things. They put people out of classes because they have the required amount of classes even though the person voiced to them that they were not ready. I think that they are on a power trip and could care less that what they are doing could cause a person to relapse and die. They will not in a timely manner send your records to another clinic if you choose to change clinics . It’s like they try to sabotage whatever progress a person makes. I was full of hope for this clinic to help, but am really sorry there is not another clinic in this town besides Port Human Services, a place where people can come get the help they need an feel like they are being helped. Someone needs to do a thorough investigation into Port Human Services. Good luck to anyone who goes here because you’re going to need itDidn’t know how to reply to the owner of Port Human Services, so I’ll just add to this.I tried to call you, but I never got an answer and the number is weird, so I don’t know how I’m supposed to talk to you. Really want to talk to a real person and looks like that’s not going to happen.Just remember people, if you go to Port Human Service, beware.

Worst services ever.... Would not recomend services thru this agency. Staff is overwhelmed and therapist changes every 3 months cause they are burned out. What is the point, only to have to restart again with someone new. Have to wait 2 months to see Dr. Kenny like I am out of meds now have to wait. Not the mental health care I am looking for. Your phone message says you care but we as patients are not seeing that.

Make sure you find out exactly what your getting your self into with this place. There is definitely a lack of communication. This place is for some people but isn’t for everyone that’s for sure.So disappointed…………..

I see the review of someone complaining about port not enforcing mask. I, on the other hand have been diagnosed with severe panic disorder and wearing mask is a huge issue for me. I do not think it’s fair that a person with this type of diagnosis to be forced to wear a mask especially in a mental health facility! I was told to stand outside in the 105 heat index which I didn’t mind doing so much, but it’s not necessary. If you are afraid of getting sick, stick with zoom meetings if possible. Everyone can’t be pleased unfortunately but keep in mind those that truly struggle with mental illness matter too! I deserve to be treated with fairness just like everyone else. No one asked for mental health issues and it’s a struggle as it is for us to be treated with respect when we are in public places and can not wear a mask. I still have the right to live a normal life mask or not.

I love this place they helped me so much but I am little frustrated from them because when I call I have to stay on hold for like 35 min and I don’t get a response it’s very frustrating but other all there good people I hope they do call me my name is Diana Khalil

FYI, since you can't discuss patient matters, I will here, and you can LOOK ME UP IN THE SYSTEM AND CONTACT MY PHONE NUMBER to correct these mistakes.Thanks to this clinic, I exposed myself to a cold while being immunocompromised and having asthma because your Staff did not actually enforce mask wearing and sanitization you offered (stated at the front door but not enforced.. wth kind of healthcare is that?) You realize most of the people you see don't physically take care of themselves so it can easily become a breeding ground for bacteria and viruses spread via cough/air. I waited in the clinic for over two hours and was FORGOTTEN twice when I was simply there for a urinalysis, and was told I would get my adhd medication after doing so from Catherine Desoba. The only thing this clinic cares about is dealing with addicts and putting them on suboxone.I had to go in even though they offered phone appointments via an hour drive through an insane storm that was passing through because we only have one car and that was the ONLY day I could come in. How stupid is it that your patient has to put themselves to such great risk in order to get the medication thats been working for them perfectly. I thought I actually liked this clinic because Dr. Vivek Anand, before leaving, stopped his experimental adhd treating using Intuniv and put me on adderall. My quality of life improved so much and I was able to actually sort out my thoughts. Now I'm with Dr. Kinney, who is WAY TOO OVERLOADED with work because either you guys are booking terribly, or the staff is not communicating properly.I take adderall xr/ir for adhd, and Lexapro/propranolol for my GAD/depression. These are prescribed. The only over the counter medication I take is CBD with Delta 8 and Kratom for the inflammation and pain that I experience in my back and joints because I am dealing with a terrible case of arthritis. I am STILL WAITING TO GET SEEN for an ultrasound and look at whats going on at the Arthritis clinic in wilmington.Do me a favor and JUST GUESS what happens when you take a stimulant out of that equation. You sleep all day. You can't sort thoughts out. You forget to brush your teeth, do the chores, help your wife, feed your cat. Depression comes back. Ect. My father was and still is a medical professional (P.A). I understand where your heads are at in a lot of the decision making going on, but at least my dad, in all his experience, will actually communicate with the patient what is going on and take into account the patients well being and situation.REMIND ME AGAIN, why I came to this clinic, and why the pre-recorded statement you provide seems like a facade to me.REMIND ME AGAIN, why you think its okay to suddenly just drop medication that was greatly helping your patient.I've been calling since last Tuesday and leaving VMs and no one has gotten back to me. No follow up. No answers. No medication.Reach out and give me a call. Please correct this. I move in a month and I don't want my last time here to be a miserable one. I would consider writing a new review if so, but change needs to happen.

As an LCSW who was trying to get help for my brother, I am mortified at how this clinic is ran and the level of care provided by the staff in general, specifically by Ben and Holly. Take a look at the reviews for the past year. It’s truly disheartening to see that improvements are apparently not being made. I would advise anyone going through a mental health issue, to find yourself a new clinic.

The phone is always messed up meaning it repeats only the 1st few words. It does not finish the recording ex: when you call it says "thank you for calling port" and it repeats just that and no one picks up. Also I have had a few drug screens come back that had something in it that was not mine I told them I did not do this why have I failed for this. I got a few of my drug screen papers printed out and showed proof that the one I said was not mine that I didnt do that it says I failed for they still wouldnt change anything. I feel that we need to show proof of I.D. when we go do a drug screen. Also make sure they get put up some where safe before they get sent off. I could go on and on about stuff of why I think things need to be a little different.

So very disappointed today, was suppose to have a yearly appointment with Lisa Gavin @ 1:30 it was confirmed by phone yesterday. I had all the paper work sent to me so I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived 10 min early so I could check in. I was then told I would have to wait until 2:00, in this time with what going on in the environment and my age and health condition I find this very unprofessional. I spoke to Ms. Rides, at port and explained last year I waited 3 hours and had to leave and make a different appt. This stress is too much. I had called Ms.J.Hardee, and left a message for Ms.D. Letchworth but, of course no one returns calls. What happened to helping people? I expect the director of Port Service to call me. I need to let them understand patients have rights to. I want to be heard on this matter.
