Raymond J. Bradley's Online Review Report Card

I am giving Dr. Bradley 5 stars. He did a trigger release surgery for my thumb. He was very professional and funny The surgery literally only took 15 minutes. I am giving the office 1 stars. The wait time for each visit was minimum of an hour to maximum of two hours. Also I needed paperwork filled out and was told on two visits it was not done. The office also upon checkin for one visit told me my appointment was for 925 am and that they would have to squeeze me in. I gave the receptionist my appointment card from the previous visit that showed my appointment time was for 1000. Lastly when you call to talk with anyone at that office you get transferred directly to voicemail. If you leave a message it could take days to get a response based on my experience. There needs to be a dedicated person to answer the phone and questions for patients. This office needs better communication with patients and shorter wait times for appointments.

As someone whos previously had around 7 other surgeries on my knee I was no stranger to the lingo process. But to act like making this level of decision as a 20 something year old was easy would be an arrogant and otherwise BS thing to say. Dr. Bradley was able to speak to me on my level and talk me through our options all the while hearing and appreciating my own input. He offered his professional opinion as well as his personal opinion when prompted. I felt I could trust him and for the first time in a long time truly optimistic about going under the knife again. My experience with Dr. Bradely was hands down the best. It was a true honor and privilege to get to work with Dr. Bradley.

After talking with Dr Bradley a couple of times about my torn meniscus that according to the MRI is actually shredded he put me in physical therapy at their practice. It has done wonders to both dr. Bradley and my delight. The discussion I had with dr. Bradley at length each time I met with him told me that he is not only an excellent physician but just as important to me he listens he reevaluates and he is not set on doing surgery as a first alternative. He explained thoroughly and answered all my questions. In fact after my improvement from therapy he had several options to offer me as well as surgery if I felt I needed it in the future.Since I am not a big fan of surgery or surgeons I must tell you that dr. Bradley won me over. Not only does he know what hes doing but he truly cares about even his newest patients like me. I had posted a negative review here before about the wait time. That never happened again. And anyway I now realize he is well worth the wait.

Very thorough yet friendly. Willing to take time to explain condition treatment recovery. Did my hip and quad repair.

You must be extremely patient. Every appointment I have had I had to wait an hour from the time of my appt. I even tried scheduling an early appt and that did not work.

Awesome surgeon. Very clear in his explanations and highly talented surgically. Highly recommend

Very bad experience from the beginning but didn’t realize how bad until it was too late. Long story short ... This doctor performed a total replacement on a knee that should have been a partial 2012. Wrong size prosthetic and misaligned. Horrible scar. Nerve damage and back issues now. My knee still hurts all the time and is noticeably malformed to the point that people comment on it. I have not been the same since this surgery. Changed my life for the worse. Should have taken legal action.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bradley. He always took his time to explain things well. I had a small piece of glass embedded in my hand near sensitive areas. It was extremely tiny and could be difficult to find but his surgery was so clean and precise I didnt even have to take pain meds after.
