Would recommend Dr. Hagan to anyone with feet problems. Courteous professional. Staff professional and everyone all around caring and nice.

DR. TYLER HAGAN AND HIS STAFF ARE TRULY AMAZING THEY ARE VERY ATTENTIVE TO YOUR NEEDS CARING AND VERY PERSONABLE AND THOROUGH. I HAD FOOT SURGERY TO HAVE A BONE REMOVED ON 2192021 BECAUSE I WAS IN SOOOO MUCH PAIN I COULDNT WALK AT TIMES. ONLY 5 WEEKS AFTER MY SURGERY I FEEL ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL I CAN WALK NORMAL AGAIN WHICH I HAD TAKEN FOR GRANTED. ALSO MY SCAR ISNT THAT BAD AT ALL. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. TYLER HAGAN AND HIS STAFF FOR ALL YOUR FOOT CARE NEEDS THEY ARE ON POINT THANK YOU TO HIM AND HIS TEAM YALL ARE AWESOME 😊

I drive 2 hours each way to Doctor Tyler Hagan because I don’t trust anyone else with my feet...professional informative and caring

The kindest staff anywhere. Always pleasant considerate of your thoughts and have never left feeling more like I count as a person as I do at this office. I have another family member who goes here as well. Being of age with many health issues she’s treated with much dignity. I can’t say enough about any of the staff. I have been a patient for over 20 years. It’s a blessing to have both Dr. Hagan s and staff in New Bern.

I was very satisfied how my appointment went. The Dr. made me feel comfortable and explained my problems where I could understand them. Would highly recommend this office.

I got my daughter in there she had ingrown toenail that she waited too long it got infected but I was able to get her in the same day and they took great care of her and I used to go to him years ago and he always took great care of me I never had a complaint I just want to thank his nurses and him for helping her and getting her in like they did I definitely would refer people to him my daughter was Deslyn and they treated her great

My husband is the latest fan of the Hagan’s special treatment and expertise. We are so fortunate to have the skill levels of these wonderful doctors close to home. They are quick to get appointments set and aggressively manage any problems presented to them. 5 Stars

Absolutely the rudest doctors office I’ve ever encountered The front desk people are disgustingly rude and nasty even rude and disgusting to my other doctor that tried to contact them Just run don’t go there sad that they can’t hire actual receptionists that have etiquette lol

Do yourself a favor and dont waste you hard earned insurance benefits on Mr. Thomas Hagen MD?.  I witnessed the most arrogant and pampas behavior from him toward a woman and her children in his office.  This woman had come to his office for his help.  Instead Mr. Hagen insulted her about her kids and told her Its people like you that are over populating the planet.  He then refused to see her after she had been waiting for over an hour in the lobby She told me how long shed been there while we were speaking.  The poor woman left but it was obvious that he had cut her to the core with his words.  I left wo keeping my appointment.  I refuse to do business wpeople like this.Mr. Hagenmark these words...KIAB. Please  folks dont even take your dog to see these guys. PS  I gave em 1 star because they didnt have a place for a NEGATIVE 5 stars.

This is my third foot surgery. Other two times were done by an orthopedic surgeon. This time Dr. Tom Hagan did it and what an impressive difference. He used nerve blocks and after surgery there was almost no pain felt by me. He also put on a hard cast which I think helped in decreasing movement and thus decreasing pain and for sure it protected it better. I am thoroughly impressed with everything about my whole experience with Dr. Hagan . I highly recommend Dr. Tom Hagan.
