I have nothing but respect for this practice and the staff here specifically Bill McGuire though. I believe he is a nurse practitioner but he is amazing. My spouse got sick back in July of this year and was sick for weeks not getting better and losing weight. We finally decided to schedule an appointment after weeks of being sent back and forth to the ER and back to his previous primary care provider and I requested Bill because I had seen him before and was impressed with how he actually sat down and talked with me when I was sick. He actually looked into what was going on with him sent him to the ER for some tests and bloodwork and fluids and when the tests came back abnormal he did additional testing and come to find out his gallbladder was one of the things making him so sick. He suspected it and he was correct. I am thankful for a provider who actually looks into things and gets to the bottom of what is going on.

Boone office is better and has staff that is friendly and helpful I love my doctor hes very loving and helpful. He cares and you can feel it every visit

When I moved from SC Dr. Elkins is who I was referred to it was a great recommendation. Hes been my doctor for about 4 years now overall its been a pleasant experience. The customer service is pretty great especially the front desk. Daniel Ashley as well as many others here are truly gifted to be in public service. I definitely recommend this office if your looking for a general practitioner if you are needing a sliding scale for payment options especially to those who only speak Spanish. Theyre great.

Dr Elkins is verry compasionatelisten to me as long as i need to talk..im a new patient have only been twice but they make me feel verry welcome...verry concerned when u dont feel well and you feel like your getting excellent care...i feel blessed to have found them..my daughter has been a patient there a long time...
