Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I had previously rated these guys a 5, but now they get a 1 as I just needed a simple form filled out by them to provide my exemption request to my workplace. I got a positive COVID test there, so instead of asking to see the doctor I immediately left to quarantine at home. Doctor did not get exposed. Now that doctor won't help me out because I didn't request to see the doctor at that time. Guess I should have exposed the doctor and they would be now willing to help me out? Ridiculous....

Super rude and unpleasant. Especially the lady at the front desk.

The people behind the desk were too busy conversing about the register to even let the line of patients know they'd be right with us. Maybe I am missing the mark but I think checking in your patients should be more of a priority at an urgent care.I can not rate our care because my first impression was not good so we left.

Staff was very friendly. Were very attentive to my needs and compared to most urgent cares, my wait was not long. Would definitely go back. (Haven’t received my bill yet though) haha

I am only giving this place a one star review because the lady I dealt with today at the front desk was very rude! She threw my cards back at me, and was just plain nasty! I came in for a covid test, and called before hand and she was even nasty to me on the phone. My boyfriend went in right after me to get tested as well and received the same treatment. Very unsatisfied! The care and nurses though are wonderful!

I have gone to this urgent care and everyone there were nice and polite. Would definitely go back if needed.

Been trying to contact them about my covid-19 test. They will not answer the phone. The receptionist was very rude to me and my family and the the nurse was as well. The provider was excellent but the other staff was very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere! It's sad I got to sit here and worry about having covid-19 with two young children in the house. It would be nice to know if I'm sick with it.

Highly displeased. The care I received once there was wonderful, everyone was friendly. I was told I would be referred to another doctor, to not remove my brace, and I would be called the next day. They never called me. they never followed up. After calling complaining of new pain regarding my ankle brace they told me I would not be referred out since I had no fracture. They gave me NO follow up care and literally said, "Figure it out the best you can," when I reported I still could not walk or put any weight on my ankle. I cannot be laid up for weeks unable to work and the staff was not compassionate or helpful in any way. Promising to refer a patient out, then deciding not to and not following up with that patient to let them know is irresponsible. "Figure it out the best you can," is not medical advice. Do not go.

They were organized, friendly and responsive

This place is the rudest most unprofessional place I’ve ever been! The billing department has the most hateful personnel I’ve ever dealt with. They fail to provide a service and then keep your money. Total rip off! I would die before I’d ever give them my business again!
