Bethany Medical At North Wilkesboro's Online Review Report Card

This facility has been a long time in the making for the many many Wilkes county patients who no longer were able or could afford to drive to the out of town clinics. It has really been fantastic the most professional staff the Dr.s this has the same care of a big time city medical arena in a small town. Something I have so looked forward to quite a few years being that Ive lived in Wilkes all my life. Its not only the talented professionals its the care I receive. You get the feeling that you really matter here that this medical center actually cares trust me if this staff cant find the answers they dont stop untill they find someone who can find the answers or the individual treatment that is required for your diagnosis and plan of treatment. I can honestly say that people matter here at Bethany Medical Center to me that speaks for itself.

The staff is fast at checking in. Im usually called back with in 15 mins The nurses are friendly and will quickly have you ready to see the doctor. Ive never had any problems with any Doctor or staff member. Ive never got the feeling of being looked down on.

I love the new pain clinic I feel like they really care. Ive been to one here

So I been on the same medication for over 10 years and now this doctor that Ive got is wanting to change my medication saying that its due to North Carolinas new laws but when I investigated that found out that that is not true so yes Im very upset its a very nice staff there but they need to do whats best for their patients not whats best for your business

Ive never been to a more caring and more concerned Dr than Raye Lynn Absher. From my first visit almost one year ago until today I still feel the same way about her. All I do is tell her whats going on with me and shes on top of it immediately I love her dearly. The staff every one Ive met has made me feel important. I couldnt have made a better choice when I called them. Nop notch

Everyone at North Wilkesboro is extremely helpful and polite. They always have a big smile on their faces and are always willing to go above and beyond to help answer questions or any problems or concerns you may have. Check in and check out is very quick and efficient and Raye Lynn Absher spends an appropriate amount of time answering any questions I have and making sure I have no questions or my questions have been answered before she leaves to go on to her next patient. I highly recommend Bethany Medical at North Wilkesboro for all your medical needs to anybody that can get there in a reasonable amount of time.

I can only go as low as 1 Star But if I could I would go whole lot lower The first time I went to his voice was a waste of my gas same with The second turn The first They said they would not see me cuz I did not have my copay anywhere else that wants a copay normally told you over the phone before they keep the appointment to make sure to bring a copay They didnt So I wasted my Gas Then This Second time they tried lying And saying my appointment was half an hour earlier than What was They made my PTSD go off My doctor will not be recommending No More patients to them again because of it And I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy Because the women that work the desk Should not have their jobs because of their attitude problem

If I could give this place a 20 star rating I would The staff is so awesome the nurses are so awesome amazing Amy Lankford is a God sent Michael Royall is also a very caring Dr... thxs..to them I have my life back They dont judge you like most Drs..do I would recommend anyone to come here they also provide primary care Thxs.... again Bethany They take out time for you most of all they understand dont treat you like you are a nobody Just love them all here Been my 5th..time here Thxs.. again Bethany Also the front desk Tina Cindy the rest of the front desk is so awesome I am so Blessed to have a caring dr..Amy Lankford also seen Michael Royal 2 I would recommend this place to anyone You dont find Drs.like this anymore they take out time to talk to you are very caring Drs the staff Thxs..again Bethany Never have I ever been treated with RESPECT

Wonderful place to go and very compassionate doctor and all of the staff are very kind and considerate. They genuinely care about the health of their patients and are there to answer any questions or concerns

My very first visit and let me tell you Rae Lynn and her team was nothing short of amazing. I was treated like a human being I was talked to not at from start to finish they took care of Me. I’m happy to make the drive for better care and HONEST care. Thank you all for allowing me to be a patient.
