I have 2 small children so we are basically urgent care frequent fliers and this urgent care is the absolute best. Dr. Perry knows my kids and makes them feel super comfortable. He’s helpful, he listens, he’s kind, and he remembers us every time we’re in there. It may be Covid but I don’t remember the last time I had to wait more than 15 minutes. 100% recommend.

8/22/2021I went to urgent care I've been having problems with my sinuses and earaches. I was told by the doctor why do you keep coming we can't help you. He was very rude. I was in need of help and I felt it was very disrespectful for a doctor to treat someone that way that needed his help. I told him I was sorry I wasted his time and I left but I didn't treat him with disrespect like he treated me.

So I went here for a interview i patiently waited for in the lobby for the lady who name is Polly J From the second she laid eyes on me she was taking back by my appearance because I have tattoos . We did the interview and she explained I didn’t have to be nervous But of course I. Wasn’t comfortable because I can tell by the look on her face when she saw me I was being discriminated and the job was out the window . Needless to say It’s obvious I was judge on my profile and and not of my 13 years experience crazy huh good thing this was for my YouTube Chanel to show how people treat others if they don’t look how they want you to look nevermind you college education , your skills or your work ethic if interested in seeing the footage follow my YouTube channel thanks

I'm giving a 1-star rating due to the billing system, not because of my experience during the visit. This falls more on Wake Forest Baptist Health rather than the doctors and nurses. I was in and out within 20 minutes. My experience was wonderful however no one could tell me what my bill would be. I payed a $100 payment and was told if it costs more than this they will bill me. Which means they can put down any price they want and I have no choice. What a despicable way to do business. I received a bill for my 20 minute visit that required an additional $100. My diagnosis was fast and rather simple, there is absolutely no reason it should have cost this much. There are much more affordable urgent care facilities in Wilkes, go to one of those and avoid this one because of the name on the front of the building!!

Dr. Perry has been extremely helpful for my family and I. When I visited today, he remembered seeing me and my daughter a few weeks ago and asked how she was doing. He was friendly and explained things in a clear and concise manner during both visits. Thank you to Dr. Perry and his team for serving this community!
