Dr. Koinis was a very disrespectful Dr. to myself and my family. Rude and arrogant and I honestly felt bad for the resident that he supervises as she was a very good and compassionate Dr. 5 Seconds after walking in the room, he was super arrogant and unpleasant in general. I have never had such a bad experience with a Physician in my entire life until I met this guy. He needs to revisit the Hippocratic Oath " I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug." "Above all, I must not play at God."

Unfortunately, with few options in this small town my mother goes there. It takes FOREVER to get an appointment and FOREVER to turn around any paperwork needed. Just horrible customer service.

Alexa Namba, DO is the best. She takes her time with you and always responds to mychart messages in a timely manner. I have yet to meet a doctor this thorough and she knows her stuff. She does not sugarcoat and tells you just like it is and how it needs to be in the must professional way. That's what I love about her. If she's running behind she sends her Medical Assistant in to inform you she is with another patient and will be right in. When she walks into the room she apologizes for the delay and the room lights up. She is so worth waiting for. Dr. Namba I really do appreciate you and I've told you this several times but also wanted the world to know.
