Had the worst experience with their urgent care staff last night after injuring my foot. I got a piece of glass lodged in my foot and was waiting at the ER to be seen but while waiting we found this office on Google advertising urgent care services and decided to call them to see if it was something they could take care of. It was really painful but seemed like something an urgent care could deal with versus being an emergency. It was around 7pm so all other urgent cares in the area were closed but they had their hours as being open until 9pm so we thought we got lucky. My fiancé told the woman on the phone the situation and asked if that was something they would be able to treat. She said yes come on over so we checked out of the ER and drove over to the office. Well when we got there the receptionist acted shocked that we had been told this. She told us they didnt have the equipment to see me for something like that. We told her that we had literally just gotten off the phone with someone who said the opposite and she was just basically like its not my problem. She even got a little bit aggressive and was like who was the person who told you that? as if we were making it up The person who told us to come in was someone named Kristin. So I had to go back to the ER after I had already lost my place in line. Not to mention Im hobbling around in pain cant put weight on my foot at all and had to do all that extra walking for no reason. And all the ER ended up doing was taking a Xray giving me antibiotics and referring me to ortho Youre telling me they didnt have the equipment to do that at a literal ortho clinic? Yeah BS. It was obviously just a case of it being close to closing time with staff who couldnt be bothered. It wasnt even like they were busy...the place was completely empty not a single patient in the waiting area and maybe one car in the parking lot.

I was very pleased with my experience here. Everyone was very professional and took time to listen and answer questions. They seemed to care very much about my health and well being. I felt like I was finally getting the help I needed.

Front staff not friendly. Zero personality. The Xray tech was very friendly. Dr. Kerner was very kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend him to others.
