List of Granville Health System's Reviews
GI doc Dr. Abraham was good.Ultrasound was done at the hospital the next day without delay.
We were well taken care of during our recent visit to the ER.
I went to this hospital on 42121. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour. After they finally called me back I sat in the hallway. They never took me back to a room. The doctor came out and examined me in the hallway. I now have received a bill for $1500 plus and additional $500 for the doctor’s fees. Which should have been included in the $1500. I told my family to NEVER take me to this hospital if I get sick again. I’ve called several times to speak with someone about this bill and no one will call me back. What kind of hospital treats you in the hallway. I didn’t even get a paper gown but now I owe $2000 dollars. The First Lady I spoke with told me she was going to call me back after she verified I was in the hallway sitting in a chair the entire time. I never heard back from her. Now I’m receiving collection notices. Don’t go to this hospital they don’t care about the patients. Just want your money
I came here at 715 pm asking for an antiviral iv and to check for possible pneumonia. They asked me to wait outside. Its about 60 degrees and raining. I have been sitting out here for 5 hours.
Did not see cancer in a scan when it was clearly visible on the exact same scan to duke regional doctors. Stay far away they kill
I came to Granville Medical ER on 91321 at 430pm and I have been waiting to see someone ever since. This is totally unprofessional and unfair to the people who are waiting patiently with serious injury and pain I realize Covid and other factors may result in delays But to wait 5 plus hours in an ER is seriously ridiculous and unfair They should hire more staff if patients are going to go unseen or if they are short staff Never have I ever experienced this type of service from Granville or any other Health Care services I will never come back to this ER again
On yesterday 7.19.21 I had an outpatient surgery. My Medical team was amazing and very comforting. I feared of not waking up however Dr. Lewis My anesthesiologist Dr. Lee and Nurses Joan Catherine Stephanie Jaquline etc were very nice and comforting. My fear I had went away knowing my team had the knowledge to explain the process I would go through. Thank you Granville Medical Health System. I love you allBaby Coming soon
Let me Start by saying I am highly dissatisfied and disgusted with the level of care received by this facility With the exception of a few nurses the Blatant disregard for patient care baffled me The young lady putting in the IV told me Out of her own mouth she was a volunteer training for when she applied for the position.. Are you kidding me. It took 56 nurses with a total of 67 tries before ONE IV was successfully placed. Its currently been OVER 24 hours and NO FORM of nutrition has been administered nor attempted to be administered. Ive only heard nonchalant reasons and excuses as to why the delay is necessary none be acceptable. Being extremely busy its one thing but when its clear that the patient is just being overlooked and disregarded thats something totally different which is what the case is here. When IV is accidentally pulled out and the nurse is notified and her only response is Ill get to it sooner or later and you have to ask two additional times yet the medicine is steadily flowing only leaking onto the patient and the bedding Beloved thats neglect no matter how you look at it. If you have no genuine concern or care for the people that you are supposed to be taking care of and looking after which cant help themselves then my friend I suggest you find employment in another field bc this isnt the job for you RESPECTFULLY Btw Mark Freda Chris and Wyatt you guys are all ABSOLUTELY AWESOME at what you do thank you
My hometown hospital took excellent care of me during very traumatic medical events the last several months. The emergency physician was exceptionally kind and courteous realizing that my husband and I was shocked at being told emergency surgery was needed and this was right before thanksgiving. Even though I was eventually sent to a major trauma center Im told thru my familythat I was taken care very well and my husband informed step my step what was going on.Also I want to thank Dr KumariChamara Evins RN and all the Nurses and staff excellent care given to me in the ICU. Having to return to GMC some months later again the ER was very kind and respectful realizing how how sick and frightened I was the staff was very kind. After being admitted . I know I was a difficult patient under difficult circumstances I realize the staff was stressed operating under very stressful Covid conditions and after thinking over everything Im forgiving of some of shall I say unpleasant situational conversation by a few Medical Staff. The CNAs were very kind one even assisted me to the medical transportation van. The attending lady PA was straight forward and even though I was so sick I could hear and I appreciated her medical explanationssome of the other medical staff not so kind but I felt they were stressed themselves. All and all I am very appreciative of the medical care I receivedthough costly at the hometown hospital and very thankful to the ambulance staff who were so professional and kind during my multiple trips to the hospital. Its comforting to know the excellent level of medical care is available here in Oxford when needed.
Staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small local hospital. They took great care of a family member in the ER.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
