Southeastern Regional Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I came in for a COVID Screening on the weekend. First the receptionist skipped over me for whatever reason. Then they told me I took a rapid tests and told me my results. When I can back in the office I asked the other receptionist for a copy of my results to show to the lab, they said they cannot provide me a copy of my test because they also sent out a pcr test to the hospital and still haven’t received the results yet and I was still on quarantine.No one at the nurse told me this at the time that I took the test. I feel that this urgent care office does good work but they just need to do better with communicating with clients.

I had no problems when I was seen yes I had wait but don't u have to at all doctors appointments, so u have to be patient because there other people sick besides U.....so don't be selfish.....

These doctor don't care about ur health all they worried about is pay check which is sad as a human. My grandma mother has been wairing over a month to be seen by a doctor and they still haven't done anything to help her

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is so UNPROFESSIONAL

I spoke with Michelle is physician services when I checked in and she was insanely rude. If you are a nasty mean person you shouldn’t be in health care. She was short and cold and raised her voice when speaking to me. If you have to go to urgent care steer clear of Michelle. Pure evil.

This place is the BEST especially Dr. Shannon Hershberger, sweet & caring staff especially Ms. Toni❤️, there's only one time I went and had to wait 4 hours and that's because I went in the afternoon at their busiest time when the waiting room was full and more patient's waiting in their vehicle's but other than that I'm usually in and out within 15-30 minutes, I'd rather go see him any day than to go to my family doctor, BUT SOME GO THERE AND EXPECT TO GET MEDS TO GET HIGH WHEN IT CLEARLY STATES ON EVERY SINGLE DOOR THAT THEY DO NOT WRITE PRESCRIPTIONS FOR NARCOTICS/ANXIETY/PAIN MEDICATION so if you're going looking to be given those type of meds you're not gonna get them there!

I take my wife to urgent care here in my hometown in between her regular appointment with her primary doctor. Only when the pain is unbearable for her to take with her regularly prescribed medications. She has degenerative disk disease. Along with two rods and six screws from a hi fusion surgery. A sciatic nerve pain and arthritis in the neck. She has been denied disability payments three times cause of her age and education. But the staff especially the nurses treat her as if she is an addict off the streets coming in trying to scam the doctor into writing her a script. I am so sick of the whole system and situation we are in. I miss work I pay so much out of pocket for her to be able to have and experience some relief. In short pray for us and these guys at this urgent care are so non compassionate. Give them 1 Star overall.

Even though they say they close @ 8, don't got to this Urgent Care between 7 and 7:30. Doctors won't see you and the nurse up front will tell you that you need to go to the emergency room. Whole purpose in going their is so I don't have to go to the emergency room. Guest they just want to go home before 8. This place is pathetic...
