If you have ever considered LASIK, this is your sign to do it. The uncovered cost understandably deters folks, but when you add up how much you spend on glasses/contacts… LASIK pays for itself after a few years and saves A LOT of money in the long run.Zero complaints for Dr. Vlasov and his entire support team. They were all incredible from the consultation to the procedure to the follow up. Dr. Vlasov specifically is one of the best providers I have encountered. He was patient and thorough with all questions. During the procedure, he walked me through step by step and ensured I was comfortable and informed. Highly highly recommend.

So first off I have to explain I am an extremely thorough researcher. I researched ophthalmologists within a 60 mile radius and did many consults for LASIK. I wasn’t concerned much with price (you don’t want to go cheap on eyes I justified but Pinehurst Surgical is the most affordable option I found which is a total BONUS). I was more concerned about finding an ophthalmologist I trusted, had an impeccable surgical record and was comfortable with. Dr. Vlasov is hands down the most patient, compassionate and skilled eye doctor I have ever met. I had 1,000 questions which he patiently answered. I never felt rushed or silly for asking all my concerns. During surgery Dr. Vlasov’s team gave me stress balls to squeeze during surgery (I was very grateful because I was squirmy) but Dr. Vlasov counted down the seconds during the laser was on which was very soothing and helpful. His staff was very encouraging, reassuring and compassionate pre-op, during the procedure and post op. Surgery went well, healing went well, and my vision is incredible! I have had a much better experience than I ever imagined I could (because I am so squirmy and dislike eye matters!) It was worth it, I was in and out during surgery in a matter of 20 minutes. I never waited for more than 2 minutes for my pre-op or post-op appointments. This is a truly phenomenal clinic.Your search for an Ophthalmologist and Ophthalmology clinic stops here! Dr. Vlasov is an incredible doctor and you will feel right at ease with him and his amazing staff. Jimmeka was so helpful too and always is available to discuss anything pre-op or Post-op. I am very impressed with Dr. Vlasov and his support personnel. The exams, prep and post op for my cataract surgery have been thorough and professional. Dr. Vlasov performed my surgery and all went extremely well. He explained the procedures and has answered all my questions completely. I highly recommend him and the Surgery Center for cataract surgery. And there is virtually no wait time in either facility!

Dr. Vlasov is a personable and selfless provider who prioritizes the patient experience above all else.
