Dr Sanders is an outstanding surgeon and Pinehurst is fortunate to have her in the region. My sister was recently diagnosed with a life threatening illness. Several doctors suggested we take her home and make her comfortable when no beds were available at Duke, UNC, or Wake Forest. Dr Sanders, along with her robot, performed surgery and corrected the problem. My sister in now able to eat and drink without tubes, etc. Our family thanks God for sending her to us.

She is an outstanding surgeon. When other physicians offer no hope, she steps in with her robot and gives the patient some hope. She saved my sister’s life, performing surgery for a life threatening condition. Can’t thank her enough.

My surgery date was January 15,2021 and I am proud to say that one day shy of three weeks I walked into the gym and started working out. Dr. Sanders ending up repairing 3 hernias during my procedure. I would like to say THANK YOU to her as well as her staff and all the wonderful people at Pinehurst Surgical. That all were professional, caring, and awesome to deal with. Dr. Sanders was very caring, informative, and very GREAT at what she does. I would recommend her to anyone that is needing this type of surgery, 1000 percent. I am very grateful as well as thankful to have her as part of my medical family. Thank you and keep up the wonderful work that you do.

Excellent provider and surgeon. She is very informative and has a great bedside manner. She handled my pre-op, surgery date, and post-op appointments perfectly and I would feel totally comfortable having surgery done by her again. I'm very thankful I was referred to her.

Dr. Sanders is better than the 5 star. Her immediate evaluation my medical condition saved my life. Her bedside manners are superior and the procedure was exemplary. I am only failing to say how qualified Dr. Sanders is in her area of expertise

Dr. Sanders recently handled my husband's gallbladder surgery, along with Dr. Schinco, at Wake Med Hospital on New Bern. Both Dr.'s were amazing, including their bedside manner, & genuine interest in the patient. My husband had a few additional complications, due to the severity of the gallbladder issue (Liver, pancreas, blood clot.) Dr. Sanders spent quite a bit of time ensuring we understood the plan of attack, and also making sure we were comfortable and in agreement. Cannot thank her enough!
