I love every one of the desk workers their great and polite ppl. And the pharma ppl r great too. My psychologist miss walker is so cool. And open minded. Iv been going to this place for 5 years. Never had one issue. If u want help its the best place to go. Iv listened and witnessed other clinics and they dont care. But c.c.b does care
Staff and my Dr’s r awesome but right now as I need a refill on my anxiety med Xanax...called 2 times and Walmart sent them the needing a refill because my level of anxiety is off the chain. I just need one refill as if I run out it will be extremely bad. I will have Walmart send it again I will call on last time before going to the office. I want Dr Contino to know what is going on. How would they like it if they needed a calm me down med. I am not hooked on it nor will I. Very very angry. Are u there to help us or what. Companies hate bad comments but u need to take the good and the bad.
Every one I have met is nice and friendly and they have really tried helping me.
Very caring facility and recommend highly.
Set up an appointment as a new patient and they were already backed up to 2 months out. So I waited. Had my appointment set for this morning Sept. 17th but my therapist canceled last minute. I called back to reschedule and the receptionist told me that I couldnt get in until January 5th. There is no way I should have to wait this long when it was the therapist who canceled. It shouldnt take half a year to get an appointment for this place when I am trying to get help for myself. Too bad my insurance gives me no other option.
Very unorganized. Too many patients per doctors available. You have to use the pharmacy in their office yet they can’t give you an appointment the on the days you get your prescriptions causing patients to miss work multiple times a month. Without care or compassion from the staff. And they have no counselors with availability for patients that are in treatment there . But still take on more patients. Therapy is a big part of recovery. I’m appalled each month. Being told there is no therapy availability for you there to go along with your treatment of medication. This is a very sad example of greed. It’s not about the patients here. By far one of the worst offices I’ve seen lately . Do your research and go some where else if you really want to get better.
Cannot speak about doctors as I never received care but when I was looking into the office as a care provider I received only the best service kindest people and most helpful attitudes. Went above and beyond to try to help me.
Unfriendly staff. They talk about patients with other staff. HIPAA violating Enough to make you more depressed. If you don’t have a mental illness when u get there you will by the time you leave.
My experience landed me in a treatment center because my longterm use of Xanax was killing me. When I got back my provider asked who’d prescribed it to me I was gone 4 12 months and one deathly sick person literally and my provider had no clue?? They’d been prescribing it for many years. I can’t even....
Ive been a patient here since 2015 and over the course of the years Ive never had a single problem out of any person therethe staff is awesome assuming you have a sense of integrity for yourselfand Dr.Fox is awesome and always went far and beyond to help me in any way he couldhe is a great man in generalIve read alot of negative things about CBC on here but personally I for one disagree 110%sorry some people have had a bad experience but I have never oncestill a patient today and have no idea what their talking about

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
