Dr Williams is very knowledgeable and personable. She spent time with me and explained things more thoroughly than any of my previous GI doctors (I have moved often). I am confident I will receive quality care with Dr Williams. The wait was minimal.

Dr. Williams is very proficient and personable. She performs her GI procedures very well and explains the outcome to you in terms you can understand. Her appointments are rushed though because she is so busy. On one occasion I told her about an uncomfortable rash I had and she told me to get a baby ointment at the pharmacy, which did not work. Her PA, Keith, is far less busy and will spend time with you. He's very approachable, too.

Dr. Williams knows her specialty inside and out. Her expertise is unsurpassed. My only complaint is that she is extremely busy, difficult to contact, and in the case of an emergency and if you see her P.A., as I agreed to, she will not enter the examining room even if the P.A. requests it for just a moment. I basically had an appointment with the P.A. who could not help me and Dr. Williams would not assist either. I thought that was very unprofessional.
