I’m not sure why there aren’t better reviews for the staff here but I’ve always had a positive experience by the entire staff and providers.
I had a great experience at this office I saw FNP Alysa Young and she was wonderful. She was the only provider there and had a large patient load but took time with me and was very thorough. She was very kind and made me feel comfortable.
Took my oldest here and waited 3 hours to see the PA. PA diagnosed him with a sinus infection and said he would call antibiotics in to the pharmacy. Two days later nothing was called in. I called the office and they said they would talk to the PA and call me back. Never called back and now they are telling me that my son needs to be reevaluated. I understand being overwhelmed especially during a pandemic but this is just ridiculous.
Alysa Young FNP was fantastic We brought our son in with complaints of a suspected ear infection. She listened to all of our concerns and throughly looked over our sweet boy. Cannot express how quick and easy this appointment was for us.
0 stars. Douchebag doctor misdiagnosed my infant with a double ear infection though he didnt even look in his ears. This is my third kid weve had ear infections before and this isnt one. My son has some type of upper respiratory infection but the doctor wouldnt listen to any of my input and just assumed because it was an infant it was an ear infection. He hasnt had a fever nor even touched his ears. He can barely breathe has massive mucus build up and fluid in his lungs... but this doctor just made up the ear infection so he could get us out of his office and on to his next poor patient to be misdiagnosed.
Im going to be honest in my review.. Being a mom Ive had to take my kids to several urgent cares around the country during the weekend or after 5 and this one by far is the cleanest and quickest. I have always had to wait at least an hour and a 12 but here I never wait more than a 12 an hour which is amazing. Also I absolutely hate when urgent cares or doctors offices arent clean.. That is unacceptable everytime Ive gone there it has been clean. So high five.. The people I have dealt with are also really nice which is a plus because people dont always treat you with kindness and compassion. The lady that took my xray was sweet.
I love the staff. They made having to get a covid test a breeze and very non stressful. I will definitely be using them in the future
I am visiting Pinehurst and not feeling well due to a very recent root canal. Due to the infection I was experiencing several symptoms. I was seen by Christine a PA and she was amazingly thorough and couldnt not have been a nicer person. I have had more than my share of health issues and Christine had made herself aware of all prior to seeing me. I currently live outside Philadelphia and I must say I was extremely pleased with the care given. I left with a prescription in hand and after 24 hours am feeling much improved. I should also mention that the person who did the intake was also extremely nice southern hospitality at its best.
The most excellent care was received by myself. I highly recommend this facility. Im a retired peds nurse.....I am picky
I’ve lost count of our visits with how often we frequent this place. It is our go to for our large family. Every provider we’ve encountered has been excellent. However recently my husband visited with our youngest son and had PA Miedema. She was excellent. Our son had been bit by a neighbors dog and required stitches. She answered every question his worried little mind had and was so patient. She was the epitome of what a health care provider should be like. Hence finally leaving a review.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
