My mom was in Reid Heart Center for 9 days. Even though she still passed away from sepsis the staff on the 3rd floor went above and beyond providing such amazing care. Dr. Kelly was phenomenal never giving up. Our entire family appreciates all the hard work and we feel that she got the best medical care that she could have gotten anywhere. We would also like to thank Dr. Belanger who also provided input. The Beatty Family

This is where Covid patients go to die. NEVER trust your loved one with these people. They are cold negative and uncaring. Im scared to leave my family alone with them. The decide they are terminal and there is no changing their mind.

Sorriest rudest people at front. Went today dont mind waiting but we had to wait OUTSIDE with no seating And there were people inside in the waiting area with plenty of open seating and plenty of chairs to space people apart

Did Nuclear Testing Staff was Awesome also Dr Landers install my pacemaker there in 2011 He is Great Saved my life and my pacer is still doing it’s job

They need a new system for visitors to go see their sick loved ones. Most people cannot walk to outpatient just to go back to the reid heart center. There was a older couple who came to see their loved one but couldnt make the walk. So instead they go home and miss their last chance to talk to their dying spouse or loved one before they leave this earth. Ive never had problems here. My wife stays here alot unfortunately. But the visitation process needs to change. No excuses. Need answers

My dad was recently treated for a heart condition at the Reid Heart Center. I wish I had words enough to describe the level of care he received. Everyone was phenomenal. Doctors Harris and Kitchens were the best. Their staffs were amazing. And the preop postop ICU 3rd floor and CSU 4th floor nurses were incredible. Thank you thank you thank you for the wonderful work you all do. I pray Jesus’ blessings over you all. An extra honorable mention at my dad’s request for Dionte the lab tech. That man is a wizard at drawing blood. The entire team was the best.

Staff and accommodations were excellent. Very thorough in testing rooms clean and food was tasty. Thank you for taking care of my husband
