She takes the time to respond to questions and to inform the patient of what he or she needs to know. As a Medicare patient when the necessity arises she gives me an appointment even though it is outside the routine once-annual workup. She keeps to the business at hand and takes notes on her computer as the patient talks with her about the patient's medical condition. She always has a warm smile, coupled with an efficient no-nonsense manner. She amends her schedule to see a patient whose condition probably requires an immediate appointment. She has a way of inspiring your trust in her skills and abilities.

Superior follow thru. My lab result were posted by the time I got home, and her nurse phoned within an hour to give me additional instructions. When I emailed her a question on my portal, she answered within an hour.

I am a new patient who waited 6 months for the initial appointment. I was impressed that Dr. Szurgot avoided the 'small talk' but rather got right down to the business of gathering my medical history for her records. Her approach was professional and thorough leaving me with a sense that I'm in good hands. I'm delighted to have her as my physician.

I am a new patient who moved from out of state. When I had my first appointment, she rushed into the room and seemed preoccupied. I felt she did not have time for me, seemed removed from the conversation and did not make an effort to establish a relationship. It might have been a bad day for her but I was sorely dissapointed and this felt like an emergency room visitation rather than a new patient interview. I will be looking elsewhere for a Dr. who doesn't process you like a piece of meat.

Dr.Szurgot a very good Dr. my first visit she called me at home ,she always try to work me in if I don't have an appt.
