I was very pleased. She was genuinely interested in my health and answered all my questions. The phones are horrible, however- long wait times. Otherwise, I like the practice.

Dr. Letizia is a very competent physian. She is gentle and caring, which is always a plus when you visit the doctor. Sometimes her wait times are long, so scheduling may be an issue. Once she has the time, she is great at explaining medical conditions and answering questions. If she's lagging behind, she tends to hurry you through an appointment.

Just moved to area. She was very thorough and went over my entire history AND answered all my questions. Runs behind schedule but is worth the wait!

Dr. Letizia really listened to everything I said, and she did not rush. I feel very comfortable with her and her staff. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Excellent Physician, knowledgeable, and thinks outside the box. She isn't one to just write a prescription unnecessarily but thinks about your problem and tries to solve it. If you want a doctor to call you back, though, it's not this one. Her staff does the call backs. I've seen her in an emergency situation and she spent very little time with me. Overall she's excellent but the visit needs to be planned.

Dr Letizia is an excellent physician but I always have the feeling the appointment is rushed. It's difficult enough to see her and when you do the time is hurried and quick. The wait time in the waiting room to see her is long too.

I scheduled an appt with this office, namely Dr. Letiza. I had to wait almost 6 months for the appt because I am a medicaid recipient and they are not as valued. Went out of town for a family emergency. Missed my appointment. Attempted to reschedule and the Dr. refused to see me. Suggested I see another Dr in Pinehurst the beginning of January. Fortunately I found a much better operated practice. If this is how they treat patients when a death in the family occurs I want no dealings with them.
