I had an appointment for my newborn son with Dr Grafenberg at their hoke county office. Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30pm. My son has a lip tie which is why he was being seen at the ENT office. We arrived at 2:32 because my son was fussing. There was someone ahead of us in line. After checking in and sitting down with my crying baby, the receptionist told me that we would have to wait until the end of clinic to be seen because we were late for the appt. When I checked the time it was 2:45. So he expected me to wait with a crying, hungry newborn for two hours. The Star that i gave was only because his front staff were so kind. I can understand being upset that an adult was late and making them wait, but you can’t control a newborn. I got my money back and I won’t go back again. I don’t recommend anyone else go there if they are hoping for a patient dr.

I went in to his office to get a Septoplasty, and I was greeted really quick, the surgery was quick, the recovery was fine.... if you have breathing problems... get your nose fixed!

My family member saw Dr. Grafenberg 5 times in the last 3 months. Sadly, the care he provided was poor. He was just interested in pushing antibiotic after antibiotic, he did not ever get to a root cause for the terrible nose pain, lack of appetite, and fatigue that we saw him 5 times for. Eventually, he just said "I don't know". He never even did a biopsy. I have always been pleased with healthcare in Pinehurst, but I would recommend staying away from this physician.

He rushes and does not seem to care! I don't trust any diagnosis from a Doctor like that! I would not recommend him at all!
